SCHENECTADY, NEW YORK -- I went to change my tire. Pep Boys behaved as if they are the only shop in US which sells tires. Maybe this is a problem only with Pep Boys in Central Avenue, Schenectady, NY. It's not only with me. Even my friends had similar bad experience.

PROVIDENCE, RHODE ISLAND -- Gave my car on Friday for maintenance and 4 tires. They charged more than $700 for various things. They promised everything is OK. But I suspected that as they were struggling to return my car on Friday. Many types of sounds are now coming from car rear tire area. They want more money to repair. I think I am being victimized. Consider avoiding the store.
