A month ago I ordered a free bottle of HA Joint formula plus s/h, I called and told them not to send me anymore to cancel any further transactions. This morning they took out 3 months' supply out of my account without me knowing. I called them and the girl was rude and argued with me. I said to cancel it and refund my money and that was a waste of time. So I am now stuck with a product that I didn't feel a difference and out 84.00 and overdrawn. What a bad thing to happen to a senior citizen!

I apologize that you received a shipment you weren't anticipating. When you called the toll free number to place your order for the free bottle, the representative would have offered you the option of being on the Super Saver auto-ship program which provides a significant discount off the retail price as well as free shipping and handling on all future orders. Once accepted, they also would have given you information on how to cancel the Super Saver, which you are able to do at any time. We record all calls so we can certainly go back and make sure that the offer was presented correctly.

Received an internet trial of Purity Products. Was called out of town and when I returned tried the product for two weeks. It caught in my wrinkles and made me look sun fried. I emailed the company and told them what had happened and cancelled. Received no further emails. One month later my account got deducted for the full amount of the product. I emailed them and was told that return instructions had been emailed to me which I didn't find on my emails. They offered a fifteen dollar return. If you have wrinkles, beware. If you want your money returned, beware.

Scams Under One Umbrella Company?

Interesting that Purity uses the same technique that was used on me when I tried to order the free bottle of ACAI. I did get the "free" bottle with other products that I did not authorize. It was difficult to get the company to take the charge off my credit card. The worst part was when I got a strange bill in the following months. I contacting this new company, they claimed that I joined when I ordered my ACAI. This company was even more difficult. After about 9 months of fighting with them, I ended up in a 3 way conversation with them, myself, my credit card company.

My credit card company back me in full and got ALL the automatic payments refunded. The question I now have is if the "free" sample is all under one organization that runs the same scam using different products.

Unfortunately we are not sure which company you purchased the ACAI product from. There is usually some paperwork that comes with the shipment and most likely it would contain some contact information. Unfortunately we are unable to assist you but we recommend that you try and contact the company that charged your Credit Card. Best of luck.

You'll Be Sorry! Act Immediately To Stop This Scam!

On 03/07/2010, I called a radio station to take advantage of a free 1 month supply of a fish oil-vitamin D3 combo. I had to pay a 4.95 S&H fee, to get the product, so I used my debit card. DUMB!!!!!!!! After doing this, I was informed, by accepting this offer, I would be shipped a 3 mo supply every 3 month. I explained that I was a low-income person and preferred to place my own order when I could definitely afford to do so. The person I talked to said I would have to call to cancel. I called, the number was no longer in service. I thought "Oh no, I feel so dumb, I think I've been scammed." So I got online, keyed in Purity Products scam. CONFIRMATION, I'D BEEN SCAMMED!!!!

So I called my bank and had already been charged for shipping and handling, so I lost my debit card and reported it, went to my bank and changed my account number. So I'm only out 4.95. This was a lot of trouble but it could have been worse, a valuable lesson was learned for $4.95, for which I'm grateful.

This Company Is a Rip Off

I called to order a free sample of their vitamin D supplement, and was told about the automatic enrollment. At which time I was only authorizing a 4.95 charge, and was very specific, that there was to be no more charges unless I phoned them back to order more. The lady on the phone made me feel very uncomfortable, after talking with my husband, I decided to cancel this free sample. I checked with my credit card company and they did put a charge of 5.25 on my credit card on the same day. I have tried to cancel the order 4 times now and they say they have no record of me on file. Now they just put me on hold and ignore me.

This company is a rip off! Very misleading - keeps you on hold for a long time to cancel. And then tell you they have no record of me but they charged my credit card. This scumbag company is scamming people everywhere. There is no recourse but to cancel my credit card. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF FROM THESE SCUMBAGS AND GO TO WALMART, plus it's about ten times cheaper.

Thank you for the posted comments on this company. I was about to order their "30 Day Supply" FREE offer. Just pay the shipping ($4.95) and no problems they will ship same day. Sounded a little "Fishy" that I would get such a great source of Vitamin D and also Omega 3 Fish Oil for only shipping charge. The radio ad stated that they were superior quality products and only available through this special offer. Well, thanks to my Irish skepticism. I found this site and read the comments. Thank you! Thank you! You have saved me so much torment.

Save Money by Calling to Cancel

PLAINVIEW, NEW YORK -- Why pay $39.95 for the omega 3 super pill - you call to cancel and the offer their so quote employee pricing of 23.97. Don't be scam into paying full price of 39.95 when you can get it for 23.97 - as with most of their products. Call to cancel refuse the 1st offer - let them put you on hold to get the cancellation # and then they will come back with the so quote employee pricing.

Another way to save is get the 23.97 price - order 2 bottles on the super saver program and once you get the shipment - call to get a RGA - they will offer you 25% 1st to keep - if you decline, they will put you on hold to get the RGA # which the already have - it's the order # plus the representative ID - and then say "my supervisor has authorize me to offer 50% for you to keep" - which is BS - they can offer 50% right off the back. - No supervisor needed. So remember call to cancel - get the employee pricing and then once you get a shipment - call to get a RGA - refuse 1st offer of 25% to keep and make them give you 50% off.

So you get say your 2 bottles of Omega 3 super pill for a total of 23.97 once they credit you back the 23.97 (50% to keep).

PAWTUCKET, RHODE ISLAND -- I have ordered and been taking the HA Joint Formula for some time. I truly enjoy the effects I have noticed over a short time period. It has greatly helped me with my osteoarthritis. Even though I have arthritis all over in multiple joints, I have notice the stiffness has lessen and allows me to get up out of bed everyday. It doesn't erase all the arthritis but it makes it more livable than when I wasn't taking it. I am not trying other products of theirs to see how effective it works for me.

When I needed to change an order. I had no problem and it was done efficiently. I will be trying a 15 day trial of one of their products. If it doesn't work for me, then I have found no problem in canceling the easy saver auto shipment. I have done so in the past. Everyone's body is different, along with the prescription medications they are taking in trying these supplements. I am a happy camper.

No Way to Change Type of Shipping and No Tracking Numbers

I signed up for three different orders on Purity Products Super Saver program. When I Signed up I specified that the pills be shipped through the mail (USPS). I live over a quarter mile from the highway and the UPS truck cannot come up my driveway.

The first bottle came USPS. Then nothing else came for over a month. It turned out that the only bottle sent USPS was the first one. The other bottles were on the UPS truck, they had been trying to deliver them for a month. Every shipment they say they are going to send through the mail then they ship UPS.

To make matters worse I receive no e-mail notice of shipment or a tracking number. There is a order tracking page on their website. It is supposed to use your phone number to follow packages. To date it doesn't work. I have tried several times to get my orders sent USPS and have given up. Now I am having trouble canceling the orders. Purity Products customer service is extremely poor.

CALIFORNIA -- First I want to say that it appears the product Evoxin does indeed work. Perhaps it is the placebo effect. I do notice weight loss in just a few days. That said, I heard the add on Christian radio so I felt secure in providing my credit card information. I did not provide info to my checking account because it's easier to close a credit card than to change banks. OK so I ordered based on the fact that I would get a free bottle to try if I only pay shipping. It was only after I provided my credit card number that I was informed that I would be automatically enrolled in a program that would ship a 3 month supply I think in one month. Wait that is not what I want!

I was told that I had to call another number to cancel. When I called that number I was given an extensive sales pitch to which I repeatedly replied hey I can order online if I am satisfied. The guy seemed to get an attitude and continue to go around with me about how much more I would pay online. Hey in this economy you order when you can afford it not automatic billing! It was not a great experience!
