HUNTSVILLE, MISSOURI -- This is a company that I have dealt with for a number of years. They made it possible for me to get Frontline Plus for cats at a cost that was about half that of the veterinarian's office (cutting the price from over $15 per application to less than half of that!). Plus, they've offered outstanding customer service and great shipping times (even though the product can come from various countries around the world). I typically receive the product within 7-10 USPS shipping days from the day the order is placed.
Concerning others' issues with either product being substituted or being sent from another country... it's a non-issue. I've contacted the manufacturer of the product and they are all equivalent. In the US, they will only allow it to be sold by licensed vets or a few major outlets which allows for price fixing here, but since they use product made by the same company around the world, it allows for the savings. Check budgetpetcare.com's website and look at the details of the product. It explains the difference in labeling.
They are an excellent, reputable company to deal with and I would not hesitate to deal with them for any item in the future. The few times I've needed to contact their customer service with any questions, I received an e-mail reply in less than about four hours and outstanding phone support the one time I did call. They were polite, courteous, and knowledgeable and answered my question on the first contact which is something that many companies struggle to do.
They make taking excellent care of your pet possible at prices that just are not attainable sometimes here in the US. They are based in Canada and they have my complete trust. I would recommend this company to anyone needing pet products as a way of saving money and still getting great service!
I thank you for your support and comment.

U.S.A., NORTH CAROLINA -- I don't know what all the complaints are about. I ordered Frontline Plus for small dogs (listed on their site as "Combo"). The price was great and it was delivered to my home in just over a week. There are two differences between the one sold in America and the one sold in the UK. Here they are: The UK version "Combo", has a slightly higher amount of one of the two chemicals and the weight of the dogs listed on the package is in kilograms instead of pounds. I called the main number for Frontline here in America and they told me the EPA hasn't yet approved the UK version for use in America.
I asked them if there was any real difference in the chemicals and they told me it was the same, just that one of the two chemicals was a slightly higher dosage. I said to them that people in the UK are applying it to their pets and they aren't affected in a negative way, so what's the big deal? They said they couldn't comment on it because it's not yet available in America. Bottom line is, don't buy it here in America because your vet or where ever else you are buying it from is just ripping you off. It's been over two weeks since I applied it to my animals and there has been no bad reaction to this product of Frontline ("Combo").
I recommend this site to everyone. Absolutely outstanding.
I love the products from Budget Pet Care. These products are budget priced, but maintain high quality. Being that it is a discounted price product, it is not unusual to receive products out of the box, or the UK equivalent to the US version. Example: Frontline Plus vs. Frontline Combo. Those of us who have worked in laboratories and have worked with both measurements, understand that the two products contain the exact same ingredients in the exact same amounts. They just use UK measurements (ml/l; kg) on the UK products - Frontline Combo; and US measurements (%; lbs) on the US products - Frontline Plus.
I've never had a problem with putting these on my pets - both cats and dogs - and they have always worked. These are genuine products and not fake. If you are a stickler for unopened boxes or products not in a box, even though the tubes are unopened and in tact, this website may not be for you. I have often received opened boxes and tubes out of the box from my vet and paid a lot more for them.
CONNECTICUT -- I ordered Frontline Plus in April. Product came in 2 original packages and it took little over 2 weeks to get it. Yes, it's from Europe, but I'm also from one of the European countries and know that product well. The price of Frontline is also much cheaper there and maybe that's why this company is offering such a good deal.
But I did read negative reviews so I did 2 things: I took my product to the vet to confirm it's safe to use it. Vet only confirmed that crazy US regulations prevent from selling it in here but EU Frontline is updated and works even better! It is matter of time when they will update it in here...
I contacted customer service to check if they would take return and they contacted me back within 2 days and apologized for inconvenience. They would refund my money. Obviously I'm very satisfied customer and I'm going to keep my Frontline Plus. I feel safe and confident to use it on my pit.
ON LINE -- At first I thought I had found a good site for purchasing Frontline for my dog. The price seemed good so I ordered some. What I got was a European formula that is not authorized for sale in the U.S. I also found a foreign exchange charge on my credit card statement that was never disclosed on the web site. Apparently this place is located outside the U.S. and deals in foreign goods.
They even go so far as to include a flier that claims there is a shortage of Frontline so that's why they've shipped a foreign product. Of course there's an abundance of Frontline at every other source in the country. Oh, and if I should decide I don't want the foreign product they will deduct a $5.00 service charge from my return! I called the manufacturer of Frontline and they completely disputed the claims made by Budget Pet Care as far as the availability of Frontline and they said that the foreign product was not approved for sale in the U.S. Be aware!!!
HUNTSVILLE, MISSOURI -- I have ordered from Budget Pet Care for many years. I always receive my products promptly with no problems. They also have a 3-in-one guarantee which prevents identity theft etc. I like the program flea control for my cat. It seems to work the best! I would not recommend the Frontline Plus Flea product, 3 months for under $20. It did not work on my cat and she got flea infested. I am still trying to get the fleas under control. Also, when I called to return the product, the rep said that they get the most complaints about it. Other than the above experience, Budget Pet Care has been a good company to order from!
I have 5 cats and ordered the 6 month supply. One week after treating my pets they were full of fleas! I called customer service and was told that sometimes pets got a tolerance for this medication. Instead of sending me a different product or giving me my money back I was offered a discount for purchasing another product! This is poor customer service in my opinion and I will never order from this company again! Only American made products for this family in the future!
HUNTSVILLE, MICHIGAN -- I have been buying from this company for a year or so and am very pleased with their products and service. They have the best prices that I have found anywhere. I have 2 dogs and 1 cat. I buy Capstar and Frontline Plus from them. The prices are the best I have found anywhere. They always have specials and free shipping. I am very satisfied with BudgetPetCare.com.
