Do Not Buy From This Company

I purchased Frontline for my dog on August 26, 2011. It is now September 13, 2011 and I have still not received this product. The company says they took until August 31st to ship this and it takes 14 business days to receive. I've purchased this product many times from other online companies, as well as many other products, and it never took this much time. I still do not have the Frontline and don't know when, if ever, it will show up. The person at Budget Pet Care was very unhelpful and did not care at all that it hadn't yet arrived. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

You Won't Get Any Money Out of Them!!

I placed an order with Budget Pet Care. When I called them a week later, they told me my order had not been shipped for 6 days!! Due to 'technical difficulties', I was told 7-14 business day so I called back then saying my order still hadn't got here. They told me it could take up to 28 business days from the date it was shipped. FUNNY HOW THEY DIDN'T SHIP IT FOR A WEEK AFTER IT WAS ORDERED! So I called them on my 28th business day and was told I'd get a refunded AND THAT THEY WOULD DO IT IN 3-5 business days, NOTHING HAPPENED. I called my bank, they said I claim my money back through them which was a relief.

I NOW HAVE MY MONEY BACK THANKS TO CHASE BANK. Important, all other customers please read. Your bank can claim your money back through the Budget Pet Care but they can only do it from 2 months from when the order was placed. So if I waited much longer, I would not have been able to get my money back. My bank said this is a really common for companies to do. Promise a refund then keep changing the date so they get passed their 2 months and you can't get your money back. So if you're owed money by Budget Pet Care then call your card company TODAY because I promise you, you won't be getting your money back from Budget Pet Care!!!

They Sell Illegal Products

STEINBACH/MANITOBA -- I ordered some flea/tick meds from my dogs online from this company with good prices (turns out it's in Canada). I had ordered Frontline Plus. When it came, it came with Frontline Combo instead and a note that said they were oversold, that this was the same stuff manufactured by the same company, just for sale in the UK.

So, being the trusting soul that I am, I called the manufacturer (MERIAL), who confirmed that they made both but that the Frontline Combo was not approved for sale in the US. She could not even confirm that it was the same formulation. I went back to the online company BudgetPetCare.com who said they would be more than happy to take it back, but they would not pay for shipping. I am going after them as I am an FDA employee, but no one should buy from this company.

Bottom line this company is a scam. I ordered Frontline plus, I was sent the European version Frontline combo. I was told in a letter that it was the same thing, but it does not work on my cat. When I called to get a refund I was told I would only get a refund on what I had not used and that I had to mail it back to them. They have told me they are sending me postage so I do not have to spend any more money. It took about 2-3 weeks to get my product. My veterinary clinic warned me about ordering Frontline online and now I wished I would have listened to her. I would not recommend buying from this company.

This company is crap

STEINBACH, MANITOBA CANADA -- You would be doing yourself a favor not to use this company. I ordered Frontline spray from them almost two months ago and haven't received the product. I did receive two calls from the company saying that they couldn't process my order at that time. I figured the product was just on backorder or out of stock. Now almost two months later I figure they have had plenty of time to fill the order and tried calling many times.

I finally get a call back and they inform me that they never had an order for me even though my credit card was billed and that they had called me about delays on the order. Now they say that my money will be refunded in 3-5 days and I really don't think that will be the case at all being she failed to ask me about any information which you might need to give me a refund. You know since I never had an order to start with. Very unhappy with this company, SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Beware of Country of Origin

It also took weeks for my "cheap" Frontline to arrive, and when it did I used it on my dog and cats. I noticed different wording on the packages but assumed that was because it came from Canada. Well, the cats were fine, but after 2 hours of it on my border collie, he became so sick and disoriented, vomiting, gagging, wandering around aimlessly for several hours. Also very agitated. I nursed him through the day as of course the vet was closed that day, and he was doing better by bedtime and fine the next day.

I didn't put 2 + 2 together until the next morning, and got out the Frontline. It was made in Australia, has different ingredients than the U.S. type and tells you to bathe the dog after using. I hadn't even read the directions because I have been using it for years, but will never order from outside the U.S. again, not worth the risk.

MANITOBA CANADA. -- Just like some of the other reviews here, I am having the same experience with this company. I ordered some Frontline Flea treatment from them on December 31st, today is January 25th and I have still not received our product. I had no idea it would take this long. Their shipping policy states that MOST customers get their products between 7-14 days and if it takes over 21 days for the product to arrive you can receive a full refund. But Do NOT believe it. They do not honor their own policy that is in writing in the email receipt you get from them, or what is written under their shipping policy details on their home page. They will try to make you wait longer and longer.

I emailed them twice already and was told both times that I had to wait 28 days until I could ask for a refund. I have no tracking number or anything and have no idea where my package is. So I called my credit card company and disputed the charge. They are issuing us a credit within two business days and Citibank will take it up with Budget Pet Care. I recommend you do the same.

The more people who post reviews and dispute the credit card charges the better. That is the only way to deal with fraudulent and unscrupulous companies such as this one. I will never order from them again and honestly this is the first real bad experience I have ever had with an online retailer... Stay away!

Only Thing "Budget" About It Is They Chip Away at Your Budget Multiple Times!

Budget Petcare has charged me 5 TIMES for the same product within the last 12 days! When I called the only number found, which is the order number, I was given the runaround about how there is no manager or supervisor there at all. The best they could do is take my info and pass on the message. To my surprise I did get a callback, however I missed the call and heard only a voicemail.

The woman failed to leave her name, she failed to leave me a number where she could be reached, and upon her direction to email a copy of my statement proving I was charged 5 TIMES - she failed to leave an email address. These people are insane and I don't know how they manage to stay in business. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM OR SUGGEST THIS FAKE FRAUDULENT 'BUSINESS' TO ANYONE EVER AGAIN. I feel ashamed because I've been had!

Fake Frontline Plus

I ordered Frontline Plus from Budget Pet Care for my dog and cats and found that it was not the real stuff. After putting it on my animals for 3 months straight they were eat up with fleas!! They have never had a problem before with the Frontline Plus it always worked very well, so I began to do some research. The packages I received were definitely not the real stuff....they were the FAKE Frontline Plus. I will never buy from them again, they ship overseas according to the postmark on the package. What a waste of $100.00. Do your research before buying!

Attractive Prices, Horrible Service

This website advertised the best possible price I could find for flea medication. I placed my order early August and had not received my item by mid September. They said they received my product back saying I supplied an insufficient address. I told them that was fine, just refund my money as I have already placed an order with another company. They told me they would refund my money within 3 business days. It has been a month and I still haven't received a refund. I've called each week telling them the funds aren't in my account and they give me the same answer- it'll be in there in 3 days. I'm now having to go to my bank to dispute the charge.
