STEINBACH, MANITOBA -- I received notification on 8/14/09 that my order had been shipped. I knew it was coming from Canada, but did not think it would take a long time. I emailed them on 9/11/09 asking about my order, they told me it had been shipped to the wrong customer and they had asked the customer to forward to me. I emailed back I had never heard of anything so silly, when they realized their mistake why didn't they just send me another order and deal with the customer themselves.
They also indicated they had been trying to get in touch with me, which was not true. On 9/1/2009 I finally received the merchandise. I would never use this company again and I would strongly urge others to avoid them as well. I have retained a copy of the order and subsequent emails.
DELAWARE -- I ordered Frontline Plus and it was shipped and in my mailbox in 5 business days. Was concerned about them switching the product but they did not. I got exactly what I ordered which was Frontline Plus for small dogs and it cost half of what it does in the US.
HAYWARD, CALIFORNIA -- I ordered this product today (1/9/13) and then looked at all the negative reviews so I panicked and emailed them to cancel my order. Two emails came back?? However, then I called the company - they were very courteous and my money was refunded within 30 minutes through PayPal. I'm not sure of the product reviews... I'm hoping they are not from other companies who can't compete with their prices and that it is not about the quality of the product. Customer service seems excellent to me...
ALASKA -- We ordered Frontline Plus for our pet in December. Although it took over 2 months to receive, my biggest issue with the product is that it didn't work! We never had this problem when purchasing Frontline from our Vet. Our dog suffered a week with fleas and she also had a tick after using this product. At that point, I decided to try another application, which I know you shouldn't do, but she was so restless! Well surprise, the second application did nothing! I will never trust this company again.
MANITOBA -- I ordered 2 pet meds in June 2009 from budgetpetcare.com. The company is in Canada, but the meds came the Barbados!!! I tried to contact the company, but nobody picks up the phone and the call gets disconnected. I contacted them via email to ask where they get their meds, to which they just gave me the manufacturers' names, but no further info. I could not also find any info on the reverse lookup of the phone number. Sounds very fishy!!!
HUNTSVILLE, MICHIGAN -- I have been buying from this company for a year or so and am very pleased with their products and service. They have the best prices that I have found anywhere. I have 2 dogs and 1 cat. I buy Capstar and Frontline Plus from them. The prices are the best I have found anywhere. They always have specials and free shipping. CANADA -- I always buy my Frontline from Budget Pet Meds. They offer the best prices and the shipping is free. How can you not shop there? I've never had a problem with their service and have been using them for 3 years. Thank you for being in business and making Frontline more affordable!
