MANITOBA, CANADA -- On May 26, 2009 I found Budget Pet Care on the web, offering a large savings on Frontline Plus. I placed my order for a years supply for $94.58. This went to PayPal and the money was deducted from my account the next day. I received email confirmation from Budget Pet Care, verifying my order, and telling me that it would be shipped. Well, I never received the order. When I try to call the number just rings out. This is obviously a real scam. Avoid them. They won't answer the phone, and don't reply to email.
EUGENE, OREGON -- I have been ordering from Budget Pet Care both online and over the phone for more than 3 years and have always been happy with their service and the product I order. I get Advantage Plus. It is sometimes substituted with Advantage Combo, which is the UK version. I personally have never had a problem with this as my cats have never had an adverse reaction or a flea during this time. The price is hugely different than what you find elsewhere. They often have discount specials and the shipping is always free. I will continue to order from them as long as I have pets. Very satisfied.
My two beagles and a kitty got flea infection. For the same, I ordered Advantage II and Capstar from Budget Pet Care. The product was shipped the same day from a facility in USA. I was emailed that both of my orders are shipped and shortly I will receive them. I was waiting for my delivery. Since, three days passed from the day I received their email, I didn't got the delivery. I called up customer service about this and was told that the product has been shipped, though he will check the status with the company's logistics and will inform me.
The next day, the gentleman called me up and was apologizing saying the address was mistaken for the other. He assured me that I would soon receive the package at the end of the day. I soon received the product and was happy to see that the company was very much into customer care. Thanks to the gentleman for being honest and informing me about the true status of my delivery. I definitely will order from this website only, since they have excellent customer service and they are real honest people.
About two years ago we got two beautiful pups. At the time I didn't know how expensive it would be for things like flea medication. I figured WalMart would be the best place to get FrontLine Plus for Dogs, but it was grossly expensive so I went online and searched. I finally found Budgetpetcare.com and their prices were almost half of some other stores. I ordered the product and it arrived within a few days. I have since asked their customer service questions and they answer me within a few hours. I have been using them for two years and am completely satisfied.

CANADA -- I have purchased pet care products from Budget Pet Care on more than one occasion. I have also told friends and family about them! They always have a wide assortment of products to choose from. Recently I purchased flea control for my 3 cats and 3 dogs. This can be quite costly especially since living in a southern state where the fleas love the warmth! But purchasing from Budget Pet Care has kept my costs low. They have great discounts, free shipping and free products on several items! Shipping is fast too and free!! I have always been happy with my products. Thanks!!
ON LINE -- At first I thought I had found a good site for purchasing Frontline for my dog. The price seemed good so I ordered some. What I got was a European formula that is not authorized for sale in the U.S. I also found a foreign exchange charge on my credit card statement that was never disclosed on the web site. Apparently this place is located outside the U.S. and deals in foreign goods.
They even go so far as to include a flier that claims there is a shortage of Frontline so that's why they've shipped a foreign product. Of course there's an abundance of Frontline at every other source in the country. Oh, and if I should decide I don't want the foreign product they will deduct a $5.00 service charge from my return! I called the manufacturer of Frontline and they completely disputed the claims made by Budget Pet Care as far as the availability of Frontline and they said that the foreign product was not approved for sale in the U.S. Be aware!!!
HUNTSVILLE, MISSOURI -- I have been a customer of Budget Pet Care for 3 or 4 years now and have always been satisfied with the products I purchased. I do know that Frontline does not work for us, so we use the Advantage and Advantix instead. You have to follow the directions and do not put the dog product on cats or let them come in contact with a treated dog until the product has dried. We use it at night and the animals are safe to be together the next morning. As long as they have good prices and good customer service we will stay with the company.
HUNTSVILLE, MISSOURI -- I have ordered from Budget Pet Care for many years. I always receive my products promptly with no problems. They also have a 3-in-one guarantee which prevents identity theft etc. I like the program flea control for my cat. It seems to work the best! I would not recommend the Frontline Plus Flea product, 3 months for under $20. It did not work on my cat and she got flea infested. I am still trying to get the fleas under control. Also, when I called to return the product, the rep said that they get the most complaints about it. Other than the above experience, Budget Pet Care has been a good company to order from!
