FLORIDA -- I have purchased from Budget Pet Care for some time. I normally chose to purchase dog care products but have from time to time purchased for my cats as well. I am always happy with the pricing. They always offer a discount incentive to buy and purchasing from their site could not be easier. I usually put the purchase through PayPal, another convenience they offer. They always send a confirmation of the order, a Buysafe protection plan they pay for to ensure a smooth shipment experience for me. They also let me know when product has been shipped. I need look no further for a good company to do business with.
When I ordered Frontline plus for the first time I thought I will receive it in 4-5 days, but became anxious when it did not arrive as expected. When I called the customer care I was informed that since their pharmacy is outside US it takes about 10 days. The order did arrive in 10 days and the products worked as advertised. I just paid $24 for 3 month's supply with free shipping and got another 5% discount. I have bought continuously for 2 years and their prices have not changed nor have their free shipping or 5% discount. Good site to buy from, everything is upfront. I will continue buying from them.
STEINBACH, MASSACHUSETTS -- Hello! A lot of times people will go out of their way to complain about something but not to praise. I don't think that is fair. I just wanted to say how satisfied I have been with my entire experience Budget Pet Care. Ordering my item was easy and their website was very informative. My item came quickly and was well packaged. But the best part - the product worked GREAT! My kitties are now flea free and I am sure if they could type they would thank them so much! After trying three other products and being told by the vet that I needed to try CAPSTAR @ $20 a pill; it was such a relief to find this website at affordable prices. They rock - I won't go anywhere else for my kitties flea needs!!
My two beagles and a kitty got flea infection. For the same, I ordered Advantage II and Capstar from Budget Pet Care. The product was shipped the same day from a facility in USA. I was emailed that both of my orders are shipped and shortly I will receive them. I was waiting for my delivery. Since, three days passed from the day I received their email, I didn't got the delivery. I called up customer service about this and was told that the product has been shipped, though he will check the status with the company's logistics and will inform me.
The next day, the gentleman called me up and was apologizing saying the address was mistaken for the other. He assured me that I would soon receive the package at the end of the day. I soon received the product and was happy to see that the company was very much into customer care. Thanks to the gentleman for being honest and informing me about the true status of my delivery. I definitely will order from this website only, since they have excellent customer service and they are real honest people.
I am a multiple pet owner who utilizes online purchasing a lot to save money. This was my first time dealing with www.budgetpetcare.com and I have done everything in my power to make sure that people know exactly what happened to me when I placed an order with them. This is just one other step I am taking. I purchased $339 worth of Revolution from them on a Thursday night and paid in full.
Revolution is a prescription product so I was anticipating a step where you enter your veterinarian's name and number to get the OK from them. That part never happened so right after I placed the order, I called them on the phone to make sure my order would be handled in a timely manner. The woman I spoke with told me she would personally call my veterinarian that day after I had given her all the information. The next morning, my order was still waiting to have the prescription verified and my vet said no one had ever called. I was upset because this was going to delay my meds arriving.
After speaking with my vet, she gave me a large discount on what I needed so I decided to purchase from them instead. I called budgetpetcare.com back and cancelled my order with them. This was less than 12 hours from when I had placed the order to begin with. The woman I spoke with (** - who was very rude), said that she had cancelled my order and I would receive a full refund within 3-5 working days. This happened on a Friday. On Monday, I checked my order and it still said waiting for prescription to be verified.
I was concerned that my order had never been cancelled so I called them immediately. It was in fact, true that my order had never been cancelled. ** told me that she would cancel my order by the end of the business day and my refund would be 3-5 working days. I checked on Wednesday and my order said the same thing. I was very upset at this point. I called them again and asked to speak with a supervisor. I was told no one was available but a message would be left and someone would call me back.
I did receive a message from ** that evening that she had personally taken my cancelled order to be refunded and that I would have my refund by the next day (which would have been Thursday). This did not happen either. I called them back on Thursday and asked to speak with a supervisor and after speaking with a supervisor, was hung up on by her. After calling back multiple times, they hung up on me each time. I called from my cell phone so they didn't know it was me and was able to get through but they immediately hung up on me again. They delayed the processing of my refund and the 3-5 working days turned into 12 days!!
I was so upset that they hung up on me multiple times for only inquiring about my refund and started to question their validness as a company. I do not know any company that tolerates their employees hanging up on customers but this one obviously does. Only after I threatened to call my lawyer and file a complaint with the BBB did they finally process my refund (which really takes 7-10 business days per Allied Wallet - which is the company that actually refunds the money).
I researched them on the BBB website and they had 10 additional complaints in the last 3 years (all of which were left unresolved because budgetpetcare.com refused to respond) and the BBB gave them a rating of F. I wish I had researched them prior to placing an order but had never had a problem before purchasing online. Boy did I learn my lesson. I truly hope no one has to learn about them the way I did. That is why I am writing this review.
I have dealt with this company for about four years now. I have had nothing but excellent experiences. They are able to offer name-brand products at much lower prices than you can obtain from your veterinarian. Many people say that they are misleading by selling Frontline Combo (the British version of the product made by the same company) for a price that is about half what my vet would have charged me. You can get the true Frontline Plus product (again, made by the same company) for a higher price, but they are identical prices. The only difference is that one is made for the US and one for Great Britain.
I typically receive my orders within a week or so and I have never had a customer service issue. When I have needed to contact customer service, they were very helpful. I would recommend this company to anyone without reservation.
CALIFORNIA -- I purchased pet supplies online from Budget Pet Care for the last 2 years, and never had any issues with them. I got my order always quickly and even it is the UK version, my pets have never had any flea in the time I have used this product. Here I got cheapest price ever I found.
