UK, NORTH CAROLINA -- Contrary to what I have seen elsewhere from customers, I was given no tracking number. They said because they ship "in bulk", and was told there was a 14 business day time frame before I would receive my order. Well my dog needs his flea control on a consistent basis so the cheap price does me no good if I can't give it to him. I still have to purchase the Frontline and wait for their order to arrive to return it. Never using them again!! 😫😣😬

The orders were received quickly, with top-notch quality. The overall shopping experience has been amazing and I believe that other pet owners should at least try it at least once. GEORGIA -- Multiple products I ordered did not work. I ordered 24 months of Frontline plus, 6 Syringes of Felix dewormer, and previously ordered Capstar. NONE of the products worked on 7 DIFFERENT animals. I have used these products from a licensed vet and they DO WORK. When I called they gave me the runaround and hung up on me 5 separate times. They also lied to me originally to talk me into purchasing a large order, causing me to lose around 270$. THIS IS A SCAM.
Fed up with the high cost of name-brand flea and tick protection but having pets with allergies to these pests, I sought alternatives and happened upon BudgetPetCare.com. Even though they are based in Canada and even paying a small duty on my purchases, I have been totally satisfied with my bi-monthly purchases for the last 3 years. They provide a satisfaction guarantee and delivery times that are very quick and all for low, low prices.
I have several animals and was surfing the web for good prices on flea control products. I came across Budget Pet Care. They offer 7-14 delivery or money back. I was paying through PayPal thank goodness. They charged me twice, I got that back, but I have NEVER received my items. I purchased them on April 16. I have called them and emailed them. Most of the time, they don't answer, but when they do, they always tell me my item was shipped "yesterday". So, today, they told me it was shipped last Friday.
I told them I wanted a refund, they did say I could get a refund, put me on hold and I waited on line for over 5 minutes and he never came back to get my info. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
PENNSYLVANIA -- Budget Pet Care is completely reputable. I, as well as the members (which includes veterinarians) of my kennel club, have been dealing with this company for years! Unfortunately, you have quite a few ignorant people out there who from lack of common sense and knowledge will attempt to malign a great business that has super prices and terrific customer service.
Ignorant people say "I ordered Frontline Plus and received Frontline Combo... it's a scam." The scam is from the drug companies that price both animal and human medications much cheaper everywhere but here in the U.S. Complain to the drug company, do not bad mouth a company. If you think I'm lying just go to Merial's (mfg of Frontline) website and read at the bottom "FRONTLINE Combo® contains fipronil and (S)-methoprene ®Registered Trademark. For further information, contact Merial Animal Health Ltd, CM19 5TG, UK. ©Merial Ltd 2012. All rights reserved". Those are the exact same ingredients as Frontline Plus!
Foreign service charge? That charge (usually 3%) is put on by your credit card company NOT Budget Pet Care!! Get a Capital One card and there is NO extra charge! Your vet says the drug is phony/counterfeit? What do you expect them to say at the prices they charge? Get rid of your lying vet and find someone honest! It took too long to get your merchandise? It comes from England, Canada or Australia... with the money you are saving... have some patience... you charged it didn't you? Therefore, you have protection. So, you can believe the morons, village idiots, whatever or do yourself a favor and get a good product at a great price!!!!!!!!!!
SCOTT TWP, PENNSYLVANIA -- Well over a month now and no items delivered. Hard to get a hold of them and then you get different answers from different people. Called and canceled over a week ago and was told I would get a refund. No refund as of yet! Doubt I will see one. Contacted my credit card company and told them to get my money back already. Seems like they lie a lot. Not a company to deal with. It is now may 20th and my order and payment went in on April 10th. They care nothing about their customers.
Again, do not deal with this company or you will find your self in the same position. After dealing with them and having problems, I have heard many bad stories about them. They do not do what they say they will do. No credit ever came back from them! I had to get my credit card company involved and still lost money as I paid through PayPal and had some funds in PayPal that were used before my credit card. I got back only what was charged to my credit card. These people will not answer back to me at all, nor will they return the rest of my monies. They are a sham operation! Buyers beware! They should be shut down!
