My two beagles and a kitty got flea infection. For the same, I ordered Advantage II and Capstar from Budget Pet Care. The product was shipped the same day from a facility in USA. I was emailed that both of my orders are shipped and shortly I will receive them. I was waiting for my delivery. Since, three days passed from the day I received their email, I didn't got the delivery. I called up customer service about this and was told that the product has been shipped, though he will check the status with the company's logistics and will inform me.
The next day, the gentleman called me up and was apologizing saying the address was mistaken for the other. He assured me that I would soon receive the package at the end of the day. I soon received the product and was happy to see that the company was very much into customer care. Thanks to the gentleman for being honest and informing me about the true status of my delivery. I definitely will order from this website only, since they have excellent customer service and they are real honest people.
This was slow in arriving to my house - I ordered this on July 12 and did not receive until July 24th. I did not understand at first that this is coming from Canada! But the prices and products cannot be beat. It is the cheapest I can find anywhere and the products (from what I can tell - packaging, they do what they are supposed to do - kill fleas!!) are the same as what I buy here in the US. Just be aware some products are different from what we have here, so pay attention while you are looking at the website. I will use again!
I ordered Advocate and Advantage on June 25th and paid for it immediately with Paypal. I finally received it today July 15th after many phone calls, unanswered emails, and unanswered messages. The medication had been shipped from Barbados - not Canada. The outer packaging of both the Advocate and Advantage had been opened, additional doses of Advantage had been added to the box. It was clearly labeled 4 dose pack, but had 2 doses (I ordered six) added. Thankfully the secondary tamper-proof package was intact, although I still feel somewhat uneasy.
Their customer service is terrible. When they answer they promise to follow up and call back but I never got a return call. I won't be using them again!
I placed an order on April 17, 2009 for some pet supplies with BudgetPetCare.com, as of today I still haven't received my order. I've contacted customer service and was told I had to wait 21 business days before I could request a refund or request another shipment be sent to me. Not 21 days, but 21 business days!
Stay aware from this company, I first started calling their customer service, the phone rang indefinitely - no one picked up. When I finally did get someone to answer it seemed as if it was someone that had no clue what I was telling them. The person told me they would send another shipment of what I had ordered, as it appeared it was lost. A few hours later I get an e-mail telling me a manager would have to review the matter. Bottom line, I'm now being told I have to wait a full 21 business days before they'll consider resending the order. Don't be fooled by the low prices, stay away from this company.
I have dealt with this company for about four years now. I have had nothing but excellent experiences. They are able to offer name-brand products at much lower prices than you can obtain from your veterinarian. Many people say that they are misleading by selling Frontline Combo (the British version of the product made by the same company) for a price that is about half what my vet would have charged me. You can get the true Frontline Plus product (again, made by the same company) for a higher price, but they are identical prices. The only difference is that one is made for the US and one for Great Britain.
I typically receive my orders within a week or so and I have never had a customer service issue. When I have needed to contact customer service, they were very helpful. I would recommend this company to anyone without reservation.
About two years ago we got two beautiful pups. At the time I didn't know how expensive it would be for things like flea medication. I figured WalMart would be the best place to get FrontLine Plus for Dogs, but it was grossly expensive so I went online and searched. I finally found Budgetpetcare.com and their prices were almost half of some other stores. I ordered the product and it arrived within a few days. I have since asked their customer service questions and they answer me within a few hours. I have been using them for two years and am completely satisfied.

CANADA -- I have purchased pet care products from Budget Pet Care on more than one occasion. I have also told friends and family about them! They always have a wide assortment of products to choose from. Recently I purchased flea control for my 3 cats and 3 dogs. This can be quite costly especially since living in a southern state where the fleas love the warmth! But purchasing from Budget Pet Care has kept my costs low. They have great discounts, free shipping and free products on several items! Shipping is fast too and free!! I have always been happy with my products. Thanks!!
SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA -- 4/17 Made large order. 4/19 Was shipped. 4/20 Arrived in LA, CA facility. 4/28 Finally left la facility. Thought it would head south to San Diego. No, it then went to Billings, Montana!! 4/28 Processed through USPS sort facility. 4/29 Depart USPS sort facility in Billings. 4/29 10:26 Pm, processed through USPS sort facility again in Billings!! But supposedly it had left this facility. Why did it even leave California??
I have talked to them on the phone twice, and yes they are very willing to refund after I receive the package. I would receive a shipping label (no cost to me) to return the package to Missouri. Being a pesticide, it cannot go back across the border to Montreal, Canada where it came from. They told me they get their supplies in bulk from France... Wrong. The Frontline Plus does come from Merial (made in France) but this bulk supplies is coming from South Africa!! So 9 days sitting in LA postal facility, 2 days so far in Billings Montana, delivery for San Diego CA.
I would not trust this company as far as I could throw it!! Do not order from them. There is something not right with this company. Price of flea control meds is atrocious. But the old adage "you get what you pay for" when and if you get it might apply here. And so I wait. As I said in beginning this was a very large $$$ order!

Weeks go by… look on the Budget Pet Care site at the lovely picture of the pretty white girls just "thrilled" to take your call and improve your day. Call the number. See what you get. Voicemail… Call back in two hours. "Thank you for contacting, but all our representatives are busy." They must think we're all idiots; there will be one phone in one office, which they ignore because every time it rings it's another furious, stolen-from customer.
Weeks go by. Try the email. Go on – waste your time. Nothing is ever answered. They ignore it like they do their telephone, for exactly the same reason. Weeks go by. My pets are in agony with the fleas that the Budget Pet Care medication was supposed to kill off. I have to go elsewhere and spend more money. The thieves, however, are enjoying interest on my original purchase, because the payment was taken immediately.
“Customs problems” is a lie. “We'll call you back” is a lie. “Our computers went down and we lost your email” is a lie. “We pride ourselves on our service. Please call our Customer Service Representatives who are standing by…” is a lie. “They must think we're all idiots…” That's the truth: We ARE. These liars and thieves steal our money and give us nothing but frustration and tortured pets. They actually make money from torturing pets. Think about it – that's "exactly" what they do. You want to give YOUR money to pet torturers? Go ahead then; Budget Pet Care is the place to do it.
