Faucets - Won't Buy Here Again. Sent Wrong Product and Charged Me Restocking Fee

Faucet that was sent did not match the picture or the technical specifications. The design was changed and the website was not updated. I expected a 100% refund. They charged me $90 restocking fee, plus I had to pay shipping costs. Customer service was arrogant and not helpful. Will never order from here again.

Buyer beware! After reading what I thought was all of the fine print I found it necessary to return 3 items to this company. Since I placed an order for replacement items I thought there would be no restocking fees. WRONG! They informed me that 2 of the items were "special order" and there would be a 40% restocking fee. Nowhere on the website or shopping cart were they designated special order. Very confusing. I would not use this company. There are plenty of others.

NEW JERSEY -- Wanted to return an unopened faucet extension and they don't take them back, after you read that as long as they are not opened, marked up or damaged, they will refund. I was to that they won't refund and by the time I pay for shipping and restocking fee it would cost me money. STAY AWAY. WHAT A RIP OFF! SOME CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEE.
