Unlike other reviews, I received my product in a timely manner. In fact, I was quite impressed that I received free expedited shipping and a beautiful faucet so quickly. But, that's where I stopped being impressed.
The faucet I ordered did not fit the space as I had hoped. So, I needed to return it. First you have to call to get a RGA code; this took two phone calls. Then it takes them a week to email it to you at which time you can return the package. I am happy that I returned it via UPS so as to track it. They received it within a matter of days.
Three weeks went by with no email to indicate that they received the package. So, I emailed them. They did reply and said that I could expect a credit in 15-30 business days! It's now been two months since I placed the order. We'll see how much longer I have to wait. I buy things online all of the time and I have never had a single problem returning an item. This is outrageous and I will NEVER use this company again. Nor should you -- unless you don't need your money back.
As a property manager, I ordered parts from them for a leaking faucet, and was told that they would arrive between 3 and 7 days. After three weeks and no response I was forced to hire a plumber to repair the faucet, as this was a tenant situation. FOUR weeks later I received half of my order. I emailed efaucets to ask for a full refund but was refused because my order was not large enough. I emailed again to say that not only was my order three weeks late, but that I never received the full order. No response. RACINE, WISCONSIN -- Sink not delivered when they said after I specifically called to confirm delivery before ordering. They ended up shipping from the East coast when I'm in CA so no way to make date without expedited delivery but too late to arrange that. Now they are charging me a ton of fees to return it since I had to source it locally to make the installation date of our countertops. Nice as can be when you're going to order; tell you what you want to hear so you place the order; rudest ever when you aren't happy. This is a HORRIBLE company. It took over two months to get my order. During the two-month wait period, I emailed to check up on the delivery and would get the same automatic email saying the order was going to be shipped in a few days. Those were lies. And then when I finally get my SCRATCHED faucet, the handles are missing. I called to inquire and found out that "IT DOESN'T COME WITH HANDLES" ?!?! You have to pay extra if you want handles. Who would want a faucet without handles?? This is a marketing scam. -- Terrible, HORRIBLE company. Add reply
I recently purchased 4 sinks and faucets that needed to be exchanged. I had a terrible experience with customer service. Waiting times on their phone lines are ridiculous: 20 minutes was not unusual. The worst thing was that their 'customer service supervisor' was arrogant and rude. I've never spoken to a worse 'customer service' representative.

I also waited a long time for a return number for the incorrect sinks. I'm still in the process of waiting for refunds.
Based on the treatment I received, I'd say that the company demonstrated that they don't care about customer service -- they just want to take your money!
RACINE, WISCONSIN -- I returned two orders to this company totaling almost $1,000 in mid-September of 2010. I followed their return instructions by obtaining an RGA number. I even sent the packages back via FedEx with signature required for delivery. As of November 17, 2010 my purchase has not been refunded to my credit card. Every time I call to check on status of refund I am on hold an average of 30 minutes before someone picks up the phone. Surprisingly, when you call their 800 number and press 1 for a new order, the phone is picked up immediately. Twice in the past three weeks I have been told by a customer service representative that they "just got my paperwork, personally walked it over to Returns, and that my refund should post in two to three days." As of today, I have no refund and they have all of their product back. I have never in my life had any issue with a return let alone it taking over two months to get my money back. RACINE, WISCONSIN -- I order a great deal of items on line. In fact, more than 85% of the items I purchase come from on-line retailers. So, from a buying perspective, this is not my first rodeo. In my humble opinion, this is, by far, the worst company I have ever dealt with. From the moment they get your money, they might as well close the doors and move away. In the last 2 days, I waited more than 1.5 hours for someone to answer the phone. Thinking there must be a better way, I tried to do the on-line chat. Again, waited for more than 45 minutes just to get a person to chat with. When I finally got the opportunity to speak with someone, their response was "we need to call the supplier / manufacturer to check on the item. We will call or email you with the update" Guess when the update came???? Never - it never came.

To say this business completely sucks would be a huge understatement. Anyone choosing to conduct business with eFaucets.com or any of their affiliated companies is making a massive mistake. From one consumer to another, please, please, please don't do it. Choose a reputable vendor who can actually provide service before, during and after the sale.
Products ordered were backed ordered necessitating a cancellation and refund. First attempt by phone--hours on hold (just let the phone sit there until its battery died). Second attempt was to begin refund process. Instead of beginning that process an email was sent to a different email offering a discount to not cancel. Because it received no response, no action was taken toward cancellation. Third attempt, was told they had to first contact manufacturer then if it had not been sent a refund could occur. That was to take 24-48 hours. Now 5 days later no word. Dreading one more hour on the phone. I highly recommend going to other sites. Life is too short to deal with these people. I purchased 3 Moen pop-up drains and didn't realize they did not have overflow holes - my mistake. I called and asked for an exchange, expecting to be charged for restocking & shipping. When my ordered was not received I called them. They said it will take another 3 weeks - so I canceled the order. They agreed to cancel but would not confirm my cancellation. I went ahead and placed an order another place as it was holding up my project. Now I get a note saying the order is shipped and will charge 35% returned goods fee. The customer service has been VERY rude and hard to deal with.

Stay AWAY from this company. There are others who have product in stock and the reps are well mannered.
Ordering was easy, shipping was fast as advertised. However, be VERY sure about your order. Returning an item takes an act of congress! You need to call and get a return number. Then when you do return the item, sign their returned item agreement form and send via registered mail...be prepared to wait, Wait and WAIT! Try to call customer service to ask where is the refund (minus the restocking fee, of course) wait, Wait and WAIT more! Very nearly impossible! Other companies had similar prices. Ordered my faucet, got an instant reply from them, they charged my account and now one month later, I have not received the faucet and you CANNOT get in touch with customer service!!! I did the live chat and told her I wanted to cancel my order, she said she couldn't do that and would send me something in my email. Do NOT order from this company!!!! I would never recommend to do business with this company. They placed a second order in error and charged me for it and refuse to refund my money. They apparently have a ridiculous system that cannot confirm when orders are actually in progress.

If you call to tell them they have made an error even if a shipment has not gone out yet they will refuse to deal with the situation. The supervisor hung up on me. They stole over $400 from me as a restocking fee because I sent back the order they placed in error!!!!!
Don't expect honesty, help or fairness once they have your credit card number.
I ordered some shower valves and tried to cancel them the same day, and could not get them to answer their phone. I followed their procedure, got an RMA, shipped it back, and after two months, no refund. When I go ahold of them they made excuses and said my refund was coming. It never did. Finally, I canceled the transaction via my credit card company, and about a month later I got the refund. Never again.
