Terrible Service and Attitude!
Posted by Pici on 03/07/2011
I will never use this company or their products again. Their product are cheap, designed poorly, and use inferior material.

eFaucets will lie about everything. They say they care about their customers but only thing they really care about the $$.

Once you've paid, you mean NOTHING to them. I installed some of their products and now, when the products have failed and I am facing enormous plumbing bills for replacements, and repairs.
BEWARE!

Do not purchase from this co
Posted by Consumerpass on 02/07/2011
An earlier reviewer had said the relationship ends once they have your money. That is very true. Not even 2 hours after I sent the order, my emails, concerns and questions were ignored. When I finally got someone on the phone, they told me sorry order is placed I cannot help you now. Worse customer service of all time and not consumer oriented.

Costly Mistake
Posted by Pandahansen on 02/04/2011
Almost immediately after ordering I received an email saying my order had been processed and would ship the next day. After 2 weeks, I contacted them and asked where my order was. They replied that they didn't stock that item. it would be shipped from the manufacturer and I might get it in "one or maybe two more weeks." When I told them that was too late and I needed to cancel their story changed again. This time the item was supposedly in transit, not to me but to them and it was too late for me to cancel. Their solution?? I should send it back when it arrived. All I will have to pay is freight ($120. each way) and a restocking fee pf 15% ($75.). I am now out over $300. on an item that I finally had to buy from someone else. I truly can't believe anyone does business with these people more than once! I know I won't.

I feel your pain. I am replacing my garden tub and instead of selling me the fiberglass tub and walls that I thought I was ordering, the lady ordered my a nice tub but with plastic walls that you glue on and to make matters worse the color doesn't match the tub. Can't return the tub because the plumber already installed it, trying to find tub surround to match tub and will return the surround. Still will be stuck with plastic glue on surround. The lady is trying to tell me that almond and bone are the same color which they are not. This happened after repeatly asking if walls were made of fiberglass and if they matched the tub.

If you paid by credit card, try to dispute the charge.

I've got a beautiful stone surround, thinking of getting a stone tub too.

Once they've got your money, the relationship is OVER!
Posted by Sbtmom on 12/29/2010
Impossibly frustrating: three months of requesting credit for an authorized return. I sent back the goods, but heard nothing after 6 weeks. Emailed them twice, and after each got a confirmation of an imminent refund, but, of course, no credit was issued (their BS: "Your credit will be taken care of today, and you will see it posted to your account within 2-10 business days," then "Your credit will be taken care of by 12/10/2010 and you will see it posted to your account within 3-5 business days from that day"). After a phone call, they reassured me, "Your account will be credited by the end of the day." Hah. Finally after threatening to contact the Better Business Bureau, they issued the credit...deducting 40% for restocking and shipping. Such liars - they assume the customer will forget that a refund is due and then string you along with their false promises. Irritating, unethical, foolish.

Dreadful
Posted by Efaucets on 12/06/2010
As a property manager, I ordered parts from them for a leaking faucet, and was told that they would arrive between 3 and 7 days. After three weeks and no response I was forced to hire a plumber to repair the faucet, as this was a tenant situation. FOUR weeks later I received half of my order. I emailed efaucets to ask for a full refund but was refused because my order was not large enough. I emailed again to say that not only was my order three weeks late, but that I never received the full order. No response. Do not EVER order from this company.

This is the second Efaucets complaint I've seen today. This company has an incredible record of poor customer service. I hope you get some of your money back.

Simply Pathetic Service
Posted by Biff1974 on 10/26/2010
RACINE, WISCONSIN -- I order a great deal of items on line. In fact, more than 85% of the items I purchase come from on-line retailers. So, from a buying perspective, this is not my first rodeo. In my humble opinion, this is, by far, the worst company I have ever dealt with. From the moment they get your money, they might as well close the doors and move away. In the last 2 days, I waited more than 1.5 hours for someone to answer the phone. Thinking there must be a better way, I tried to do the on-line chat. Again, waited for more than 45 minutes just to get a person to chat with. When I finally got the opportunity to speak with someone, their response was "we need to call the supplier / manufacturer to check on the item. We will call or email you with the update" Guess when the update came???? Never - it never came.

To say this business completely sucks would be a huge understatement. Anyone choosing to conduct business with eFaucets.com or any of their affiliated companies is making a massive mistake. From one consumer to another, please, please, please don't do it. Choose a reputable vendor who can actually provide service before, during and after the sale.

No Exchanges!
Posted by Mactoolsix on 10/08/2010
I purchased 3 Moen pop-up drains and didn't realize they did not have overflow holes - my mistake. I called and asked for an exchange, expecting to be charged for restocking & shipping. Since it is past the 60 day policy, they told me to sell them on eBay. No returns, no exchanges, no help!

Their policy, clearly stated at a "View our Returns Policy" link, is 30 days for returns unopened, and 60 days for exchange.

It is very clear. I understand your position is the item is brand new, but their position was stated on the website presumably when you ordered. The advice to sell them on Ebay is good, though you didn't want to hear it from them.

Buyer Beware
Posted by Frustrated with efaucets on 09/28/2010
When my ordered was not received I called them. They said it will take another 3 weeks - so I canceled the order. They agreed to cancel but would not confirm my cancellation. I went ahead and placed an order another place as it was holding up my project. Now I get a note saying the order is shipped and will charge 35% returned goods fee. The customer service has been VERY rude and hard to deal with.

Stay AWAY from this company. There are others who have product in stock and the reps are well mannered.

Horrible customer service, returns are VERY difficult
Posted by Dwunn on 09/21/2010
Ordering was easy, shipping was fast as advertised. However, be VERY sure about your order. Returning an item takes an act of congress! You need to call and get a return number. Then when you do return the item, sign their returned item agreement form and send via registered mail...be prepared to wait, Wait and WAIT! Try to call customer service to ask where is the refund (minus the restocking fee, of course) wait, Wait and WAIT more! Very nearly impossible! Other companies had similar prices. Steer clear of this rip off!

Customer service is horrible, They sent me the wrong color sink so I shipped it back. They said it arrived broken and would not give me any money back. This company is the worse I have ever dealt with.
