Poor Customer Service

Forget it! Worst online experience ever! I hate being lied to, so at that point any potential positive comments become mute. I shop mostly online and their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Long waits on the phone and no replies to email. Spend an extra few dollars and shop somewhere else. I would not use their partner stores either!

I Did Not Think Customer Service Could Be This Bad

My efforts to return this item, my plans changed, have been impossible. They insist on having a RGA # for returns. which is fine, but trying to get one has been impossible. So far, I have sent 4 emails, all unanswered. Spoke with chat representative who told me I had to speak to customer service direct. Have been on hold for OVER AN HOUR without any response. Before I just gave up after 20-30 mins.

Won't EVER Do Business With Them AGAIN

Changed my mind to cancel an item and emailed with their response in less than 1 hr. They charged me a 15% restocking/cancelling fee and the order was never shipped! When I questioned them on this, they quoted their cancelling policy... ergo, 15% penalty. BUYER BEWARE!!

Lousy Customer Service

I got confirmation that they had received the product that I returned, but have not been credited yet. They are telling me that the credit card I used to purchase the product is now expired. The truth is, it is not expired. Every time I try to contact the person responsible for issuing the credit, she's not there. I have left numerous messages to no avail. I will never buy from them again!

Wouldn't Sell at Advertised Price.

I bought several products from this company including one for $14.00. 5 business days after I placed the order I received a email stating that the $14.00 product I ordered was actually $150. When I checked the product's webpage it stated the product was $140. When I talked to them about this they gave every excuse one could think of. When I shot them down they finally said "Look at the fine print." Also they do not ship the same day.

Horrific customer service if trying to return an item. Refuse to give you an address to return items to and give you the runaround with various customer service reps. Do not recommend using this website unless you are absolutely sure what you want.

Return policy and lack of customer service

Buyer beware! Save yourself grief and buy somewhere else. We purchased a faucet from eFaucets for a great price. When we opened the box it turned out to be a huge (restaurant) sized faucet. Yeah, no problem returning it, obviously we need to pay for shipping the item back, but I balk at the 15% restocking fee. Customer Service could use a class on "customer service" too.

Be very careful when you purchase from this company!!! Read the fine print. They will charge you a 15% restocking fee even if they send you the wrong item!! Their managers will call you and threaten you. They have got to have the worst customer service there is!!! Buyer beware. Don't purchase from this company!!!
