MANCHESTER, NEW HAMPSHIRE -- In May 2003, my father ordered two pair of slippers. As of today, he has not received them. The check was cashed in June. I have made four calls to J.D. Marvel and finally requested a refund. They promised me it would be sent out the end of September. No check yet!!! We need to notify the companies placing and supporting their ads. This makes me so mad! Especially knowing that they are still in business?!

FRESNO, CALIFORNIA -- My mom ordered 2 pair of suede slippers from this company in July 2003. Her check was cashed in August and she has not received them. In September, she made to phone calls to Canada and was told she would receive them the first week of October. She has not received them. This company continues to advertise these slippers in the sunday newspaper.

I emailed them (info@jdmarvelproducts.com) in July 2003. They responded by asking for my zip code and address. I provided it and they said they still could not locate, so when was the cheque cashed? I finally received THREE pairs of slippers in September 2003!
