Horrible product, horrible customer service. We all work for a living and to buy an item for $500.00 and get eight weeks use of it, is insane. Then the customer service representative tells me I must have done something to it that it's falling apart in front of my eyes, and not a manufacturing defective, is off the top.
My daughter received the Speed Blast Water Slide for her birthday. We opened the package and we were missing the stakes that held the slide into the ground. I contacted the company and b/c I didn't have a receipt or access to it, they refused to mail me out the 2 stakes that were left out of the package! I wasn't asking for a whole new product, but simply to have the stakes mailed to me that their company failed to put in!
What a piece of junk. It split at the seams of the slide and the pool ramp within the first hour of use. The enclosed patch kit is useless on a seam. There were no kids over 55 pounds using it, or doing anything out of the ordinary. Customer service is absolutely useless as well, especially online. Save your money and your kids the disappointment and buy something else. Shame on you Toy Quest for not only making, but actually selling such a poor product.
We purchased one of these slides and the holes for the water to go on to the slide were put on the left side instead of the right side of the slide so the water just goes on the ground. Have tried to contact the company but have no luck getting with anyone. Would not recommend buy from these people.
We went through 2 Roaring Rapids Slides in less than 3 months. Toy Quest customer service was horrible! It took forever to even get a response back and now even after trying to replace our 2nd Roaring Rapids slide the customer service said "Sorry it is past the warranty and to use fish line or super glue spray." UNREAL!!! DON'T EVER BUY ANY BANZAI SLIDES BECAUSE THEY DON'T STAND BY THEIR PRODUCTS! We spent nearly $700 on it too!
I paid almost a $1000.00 for the slide, and it has a rip in it. I have contacted customer service and it is a joke, one day I get one story the next day I get another. I advise NO ONE TO EVER PURCHASE ANY KIND OF MANLEY PRODUCTS!!! This wasn't a cheap lesson at all for me, and very upset is the least you can say! It really doesn't matter though they already got their money AND DON'T CARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This company SUCKS! I paid $600.00 and the slide had a hole in it with the first use. The customer service was "rude" and they made promises that they did not deliver. They will not refund my money and they have no more slides in stock to replace! I threw away a lot of money and the company could will not even make an effort to make this purchase right. How can this company get away with this? I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!
My slide had the same issue as the other post on here. The lining on the top of the bumpers (yellow) only just started flaking off. It only happened in this area. We bought ours last year - this is only the 2nd season. I called customer service who recommended taking it to a pool place to repair but otherwise they did nothing. The side of the product says not to go back to the store with issues - but calling them is no help either. Avoid these if you can - $450 for only 1 years use.
I have bought 2 of these water slide and had the same problem with both. They ripped down the seams with under 10 uses. Why 2 because my children were so disappointed when the first one ripped that I was hoping it had been one time defective slide. That was not the case. I bought the 2 year warranty on both slides and after months of fighting toysrus finally paid me for the first slide. I am now fighting for the second time on this product but toyquest has a defective product and they care nothing for disappointed children.
