Customer Service is Horrible
PAULSBORO, NEW JERSEY -- After my Banzai Sidewinder Falls slide ripped after a few uses, customer service sent me the wrong replacement slide and sent it to my work. I never asked it to be sent there. Also, they then sent me the slide I wanted, but sent it to my house when no one was home. They didn't request a signature be required to leave which seems stupid to me when it is a $400 slide. After being very nice to their customer service rep, she was really nasty back.
