I made a international return flight reservation. They changed flight on the day of departing without any notification or email confirmation.
While coming back they did same thing. They changed flight without any notification or email confirmation. I was my luck I went online just to re-confirm my trip and noticed that flights has been changed.
WORST!!! WORST!!! WORST!!!
VALLEY STREAM, NEW YORK -- I booked a flight for my parents, they sent a confirmation e-mail and a week before the day of travel they realized their flight was cancelled without their consent. Travelocity claimed that they sent an e-mail and called their home phone but they never received an e-mail and if they called they never left a voicemail. They couldn't send me a copy of the e-mail they supposedly sent to my parents and when they did it was dated that same day I asked for proof which was proof to me that they never sent an e-mail. Then they claimed it probably went to the spam folder.
It was so upsetting specially when they kept telling me there was nothing they can do. This company is horrible and they don't care!
Horrible Customer Service!
SAINT LOUIS, MISSOURI -- 2 Major things have happened.

NEW YORK, NEW YORK -- I booked a vacation package with Travelocity for traveling to Hawaii from NYC, and after booking they changed my itinerary without my consent!!! Had to spend over 10 hours on the phone with them to have my original itinerary honored, only to be disconnected toward the end of the process.
After so much frustration, my boyfriend and I decided we no longer even wanted to do business with them. We asked to cancel. That also was a run-around game b/c they refused to issue a full refund, and they did not budge on the $150 fee per passenger. What they also failed to mention was the $62 "commission fee". This, of course, was only revealed after the cancellation was already processed.
Why exactly did I have to pay a commission fee for horrible customer service and misinformation??
Lesson: book with another travel agency.

I used Travelocity to book a hotel room, was supposed to get a king, got two doubles, they charged me 109.00 per room, the hotel was booking them directly for 89.00. They won't even return my requests to talk to them about it.

NEW YORK, NEW YORK -- I booked a hotel that advertised that it had a pool. I got there and the pool wasn't working. So I took travelosity up on it's slogan"If it's not right we'll make it right, right now". So I asked for another Hotel, and they said OK, but I would have to pay for the new hotel up front, and that I would receive my money back, but it would take a few billing cycles. That was six months ago. Now they say I will not be receiving my money back. They wait you out and hope you go away.2 Replies - Latest reply on 05/28/2013Add reply
