We couldn't have been more satisfied with the service we had. We were moving our mother/mother-in-law from Florida back to Michigan. The staff in Bradenton couldn't have been more accommodating. They hooked up the trailer to our truck and loaded the things we had ordered in the trailer. We had no problems -- we didn't even feel the trailer we were pulling. The staff back in Michigan were equally accommodating. We would use your equipment again without question!

LANSING, MICHIGAN -- I called early in the day to request a trailer for use that day, to be picked up at one of their local outlets. They charged me a service fee of $5 for checking. Later in the day they called to say there was a trailer for me 40 miles away, but nothing locally. Still they kept the $5 fee. I think that is bad company policy.
