Sent Christmas cookies to my son in the NAVY. He is stationed in the US, lives in an apartment, not on base. Paid $40 to ship cookies, took 7 days!! They promised 3. Plus they smashed the box!!!! FedEx and UPS worth extra $5. Done with USPS.

NORTH CAROLINA -- Small package left Euless TX on 1-29-18. Went to Dallas TX, then to Detroit MI, then to Greensboro NC, then to Charlotte NC, then to Atlanta GA, then to Washington DC, Today is 2-16-18. Maybe it will eventually get to W-S NC. Came close a few days ago.

BROOKLYN, NEW YORK -- I check my status of Delivery and find out it was Delivered, but I never received it. I check my video cameras for Delivery time, and didn't see a MAILMAN in this time, and, even, this day. I called to USPS for speak with representative, they said, "It was Delivered, and we can't do anything about this." So disappointed!!! Can't trust them!!!

5 Days to Get a First Class, Certified 9 X 12 Envelope From Raleigh to Chicago

RALEIGH, NORTH CAROLINA -- On Monday 11/27 at 11 am I sent, from the counter, at the Millbrook Post Office in Raleigh a 9 x 12 Envelope First Class and Certified to a suburb of Chicago. On Friday 12/1 at 9:15 am the envelope was still in transit. It is obvious the USPS is INEPT. If anyone wants anything to actually get to where it needs to go use UPS or FedEx. I am sorry I did not. I will never make this mistake again.

LAS VEGAS, NEVADA -- Last year they "lost" my expensive camera in the mail, I was lucky enough Amazon refunded me. This week I have had my packages shoved into my mail box, it took me 20 minutes to get them out, by the time I was able to get them out the packages were damaged. They were too lazy to deliver it to my house. The times I came in to ship things, the worker was rude even though I just had to scan my prepaid packages. Unbelievable how much of an ** they are.

STATEN ISLAND, NEW YORK -- Nobody tried to ring the doorbell and did not leave a notice on the door. Garbage as usual. Looked right at the camera too.

Rude employees

CRAWFORDVILLE, FLORIDA -- Evidently, the employees (women) at my local post office either hate each other (which I suspect) or are all bipolar. They are quick to put each other down and there is obvious tension between the 2 women when they are on the front counter. It is apparent that they hate their job! I would rather "flip burgers for a living" than work in an environment where I detested my coworkers. It would be nice if they would realize that their nasty attitude towards each other is definitely seen by their customers.

It's the Holiday Season...get over yourself!!!!

Priority Mail Letter Cost $6.50 and Took 12 Days to Arrive

NORTH HOUSTON, TEXAS -- The USPS must be one of the worst postal service in the western hemisphere. I sent a one page letter with priority mail from Houston to Chicago. It cost $6.50. And took 12 days to arrive. It spent 8 days in North Houston sorting facility (more like North Houston Black Hole) and then another 4 days in Illinois going from one city to another!! And finally Chicago. That must be truly the dumbest way to handle a letter. Just a letter not even a package. Shame on you USPS!

Where to start... How do you deal with a government agency when no one gives a damn? Knowing my own experience of lost packages, misinformation from branch managers and no recourse, broken boxes that never get fixed, it seems these reviews are for venting only. The USPS is pathetic to the point of being beyond help. Is anyone reading this who can begin to make a difference? No...

HOUSTON -- I mailed a parcel containing: a Fossil watch, iPad, hair blow dryer, galaxy mega cellphone. It got stolen by these USPS morons. Tried to file for a claim and they paid me peanuts... now I'm filing a lawsuit against them. They ** with a wrong one this time. I won't use USPS for the rest of my life. I will be posting nasty comments about USPS, till I get my case resolved. Bunch of thieves... pretty sad!!
