I've had Aflac for about 9 years. Teachers don't get disability from the state. I pay about $200 for disability and cancer (had to get a separate policy for cancer cause I guess it's not a disability). For 9 years I've paid about $18,000! I put in a claim last month for my surgery. I only received $66 a day. If I would've saved that $200 a month into my own account I would have had over $18,000 in my account plus interest. I canceled AFLAC today.

NEW JERSEY -- I had Aflac for years and once I placed a claim it took not a one day as they claim and only was paid a partial amount of what was described. I also had wellness coverage and never received a penny. Complete waste of money!!!

HOUGHTON, MICHIGAN -- No need to get into a long story. The bottom line is, I was lied to and given false information just so they could take my money for 10 years. Now, I need my benefits and they refuse to pay what I am entitled to! They should be investigated for what they are doing to people!!

WASHINGTON, DC, DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA -- I'm a member for 4 years and knew I had to get dental work done. My insurance took care of my gum surgery and I was informed by my dentist that AFLAC is a waste of money. He asked me if AFLAC Dental was helpful for me. I told him, "No. In fact, trying to cancel is harder than joining." AFLAC dental is a joke! Who pays for a dentist out of pocket?

1959, TEXAS -- I put in a claim and I'm still waiting. Every time I call they tell me the same thing. It's a big headache with them. I am so ready to dump them.

ANACONDA, MONTANTA -- We kept Aflac for 9 years, despite having to battle for coverage each time. The last straw was the denial of $1000 orthodontic benefit that we were promised on our premier policy years ago. We would not have continued the policy for so long if they were going to deny us because there is a secret "rider" that you need to fill out to get the benefits. Never again. We have canceled. Our new company is actually doing what it is supposed to.

NORTH LAS VEGAS, NEVADA -- My experience with Aflac so far is stupendous. They promptly call me back and they are timely with everything. I'm feeling very blessed to be able to work with them on my cancer situation.

WILLIAMSBURG, VIRGINIA -- Don't count on sending in your paperwork on time so that your claims can be processed efficiently. They always say their scanning department is behind on updating the system with paperwork that you send in. But first, they'll try to tell you that your paperwork was incomplete upon review. However, when informed that all paperwork was sent via fax AND email timely, they'll tell you that the email address they provide is just a general address so they don't get through the paperwork on time. We're going on 3 weeks with dealing with all of this. It's getting old.

MIAMI, FLORIDA -- 13 days hospitalized. Waiting two month to process claim after numerous documents requested and sent every one of them. AFLAC find the way to enforce the fine print and avoid to pay or process the claim, always asking for additional information until you get tired and throw the towel. My recommendation don't waste your hard earning salary been deducted so when you need it you'll find out that is lost. Worst experience ever.

CONROE, TEXAS -- I sprained my wrist and was out of work for two days, Aflac covered me and only in one day!!! They are an amazing company and does Exactly what they Promise!! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!!! Thank You Aflac!!
