Don't Waste Your Time on This Place!

VALLEJO, CALIFORNIA -- I ordered a same day delivery from this company on a Saturday. They told me that I ordered past the cut off time and said they will deliver on Sunday instead. On Sunday at 3 pm I called them because the flowers were still not delivered. They told me they couldn't get a hold of a florist in the delivery area.

At this point, I was wondering why they hadn't called me to let me know. I wanted to cancel the order. They offered me half off my flowers and gave me a $15 gift certificate. So Monday rolls around and they wait until 3 PM to call and tell me that they still couldn't find a florist in the area. I was so mad. I canceled my order and ordered through another company and was lucky to get same day delivery even after 3 pm. This company is horrible!!!

WASHINGTON -- On 4/19/18, placed an order for funeral arrangement to be delivered on 4/22/18 to mortuary in Pensacola, FL. Received email confirming the order. On 4/22/18, I realized that I hadn't received any info from vendor nor did tracking program reflect a delivery. Tracking screen said order being processed and delivery would be soon. I spoke to an agent and explained the situation. Follow-up was promised. I explained that if the flowers had not been delivered as scheduled don't bother.

On 4/23/18, I called, because no one contacted me. Asked about flowers and was told that an arrangement had been delivered on 4/23, although tracking message doesn't reflect a delivery. I asked for a refund as the funeral was the morning of the 23rd and I wanted flowers delivered on the 22nd. I don't know if the arrangement made it or not.

Asked why flowers were not delivered on the 22nd as scheduled. I was told florist was closed. I asked why the delivery date was offered on website when the assigned florist was closed. I asked why I received no notification so I could have made other arrangements? Why wasn't a florist selected to prepare and deliver the flowers in the 22nd? I have no answers.

In the meantime I missed an opportunity to support a dear friend that lost a parent who was a decorated military veteran. Had I known what was happening, then I would have chosen another flower vendor. Funeral has come and gone.

SYRACUSE, NEW YORK -- TWICE I have been disappointed by this company, NEVER USE FROM YOU FLOWERS. I ordered Mother's day flowers to be delivered... on Mother's day (May 13th). I placed the order at the beginning of March just to make sure I get a good price and that I will have my order in there before everyone else so everything would go as planned.

The day after I placed my order and paid a hefty shipping charge they contacted me and said they will not be able to deliver the flowers on time, my choices are either 3 days before or 3 days after and there was nothing they could do about it. Then why did they give me that option when I was checking out? I could have went elsewhere if they were honest on their website about not being able to fulfill my request.

The second time I used this company (after forgetting my first experience) my friend was fired from her job and moving out all within a weeks notice. I placed an order on Monday for flowers to be delivered by Friday. She was leaving at noon on Friday. The week comes and goes and my friend does not text me about any flowers so when I contact customer service they told me they can deliver them by Saturday night...

TWICE I have been disappointed by this company and their customer service does not care about their customers. My emails get passed around to this person and that person but no one gives me straight answers or compensates me for their incompetence. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!

OLD SAYBROOK, CONNECTICUT -- Ordered flowers for a funeral 3 days prior to funeral. I called the funeral home to find out the best time for delivery and notified FromYouFlowers. They called me on the date of delivery to tell me they did not have the exact flower I ordered and I asked for confirmation that it would be delivered that day. They said they only deliver on the day of funeral.

I told them I had requested it be delivered the day before as suggested by the funeral home since it was an early funeral. They assured me the flowers would be delivered prior to funeral. I received a call the next afternoon stating they had failed to deliver the flowers in time. I asked to credit my account. Five days later they still had not credited my account.

Never delivered flowers! Terrible customer service!

I ordered Mother's Day flowers for a mother who was spending her first Mother's Day after the death of her daughter. My order was placed three days in advance of Mother's Day and was guaranteed to be delivered on Sat or Sun.

Words are inadequate to express my extreme disappointment when I called the recipient on Sun night and discovered the ordered flowers were never delivered. I was never informed of the inability to deliver. When I contacted the From You Flowers, I was told "we will cancel the order and issue you a full refund".

I wanted the company to send the flowers, even if several days after Mother's Day, along with an apology to the recipient that the ordered flowers were not delivered on Mother's Day. The representative told me they couldn't do that. I asked to speak with a manager and was put on hold for >30 minutes before the call dropped. Tried again - same thing. Emailed - response 'sorry for the inconvenience', 'we issued a full refund on --". Again, no response to my request for the flowers to be sent along with the apology, no response to my request to speak with a manager. Its as if they have an "auto reply" to the email complaints.

Unfortunately I didn't read all the other reviews before placing my order. Those reviews confirm my experience that this is the worst online flowers company on the planet. I encourage you to avoid doing business with From You Flowers!

Wrong flowers, wrong delivery day -- for a FUNERAL spray!

MERRITT ISLAND, FLORIDA -- THE WORST florist I've EVER dealt with! First, the standing funeral spray that arrived was FAR from the $135.00 nice-quality one in the photo and it had cheap mums and carnations in it - like a bargain basement piece of JUNK! (A total embarrasssment and I felt RIPPED-OFF and DUPED!) And THEN, they delivered it on the WRONG DAY, a full day ahead of the funeral, so it looked wilted and dying during the funeral service! WHY even bother showing a photo, if you're going to throw together any old thing you feel like? WHY ask what delivery day you'd like, if they're just going to dump it off whenever they feel like it????? WHY have an email address and a promise of a 4-hour reply, if they don't bother to respond for over 2 DAYS???? NOT a good way to build a brand or garner goodwill! * I'll make it my business to let everyone I know be forewarned to AVOID From You Flowers so they don't get screwed and hustled too by this horrific hustler that couldn't care LESS about customer service, let alone their own reputation!

As far as I'm concerned, they FAILED me completely as NO FLOWERS arrived on Monday, April 25, as I instructed; and the GARBAGE they sent a day too early was a pile of cheap mums and carnations that RUINED what should have been a lovely final gesture to a fine lady! UNFORGIVABLE!

I DOUBT THIS POOR EXCUSE FOR A BUSINESS WILL LAST SINCE THEY DON'T EVEN REPLY TO THEIR CUSTOMERS ONCE THEY'VE GOT THEIR MONEY!

The worse experience ever

NY, NEW YORK -- I ordered expedited flowers at 6 am 11/15/16. I received an email from the company before noon, notifying me that my order would not be arrive to my mother at the time that I was told ( the extra expedited shipping fee that I paid).

Around 3:30 pm I called to check on the status of the order as I wanted to surprise my mom with birthday flowers before the day was over or before she was unavailable to receive them. The woman that I spoke to was super rude and continued to try and argue with me after I told her I wanted a full refund, because they are unable to get the flowers to my mom until the next day 11/17/16. She gave me what I believe was a fake name ( Tiffany) and made me wait over 20 minutes to speak with a "Supervisor". whom I believe was another call person pretending to be her boss.

The whole experience was horrible and I would never again spend my money here or recommend this place to anyone.

Lets see if I actually receive my refund.

You realize you're dealing with an "order taker" not a real florist

SAYBROOK, CONNECTICUT -- I've read review after review about this company. They charge close to $15 just to take your order. Get more money for your flowers and delivery and then try to send it to a florist in the city you're trying to have flowers delivered to. All in all this might be a good practice, but generally they don't send all the money you spent to the florist delivering the flowers. So the florist can't fill it to value for what From You Flowers describes on the order. MOST florists don't even take orders from these "order takers" anymore just for that reason. A customer spends $80 and gets $45 worth of product.
You want the best? CALL a SHOP in that CITY to order.
Other order takers: Wesley Berry Florist, Ava's Florist, Just Flowers, Pro Flowers ETC

LANSING, MICHIGAN -- Ordered flowers one day before the funeral with expedite charge to be delivered before 11:30. I was at funeral home and didn't see the flowers. Call them and they said they couldn't find a florist to fill my order. They never called me. They offered to send another arrangement to a different address. I said "no, it's too late now". Can you send them to heaven! I was so embarrassed that my flowers did not arrive for a dear friend. Very incompetent!!!

MR., PENNSYLVANIA -- I ordered valentine's flowers 8days before and they really destroyed my wife's valentine's they really do suck
