OMAHA, NEBRASKA -- Jenna an NP was very informative and professional. She encouraged me to take ** before the procedure which helped with the mild sting. I was surprised that I started seeing results within weeks.

JACKSONVILLE FLORIDA, FLORIDA -- Called for an appointment with Ideal Image for a Botox treatment in Fleming Island office. They said that they don't offer injections in Fleming Island office. I asked if they will soon because I didn't want to drive to their other locations since they are far from. Susan the admin assistant said that I am the one who wants the Botox. What an attitude... Where is the old fashioned "The Customers are always right" 😂. Awful service. Will never attend Ideal Image.

WEST JORDAN, UTAH -- NOT Impressed at all... they (sales consultants) get you with the idea everything works (cool sculpting & KyBElla) and you see results. CURVY girls DO NOT get suckered in like I did. They don't work. As long as they get your $$, they will tell you exactly what you want to hear. Now I am paying $5K for two procedures that I was told would be amazing and both did nothing. Now I have been told if I “really” want to see results I will need to pay another $3k... yep, this place is a joke!

SURREY, WYOMING -- They made my chin worse than what it was. Doubled in size. Never return phone calls. They are not fixing the problem. Shady people. They don't give out doctor's or nurse's names.

ASHEVILLE, NORTH CAROLINA -- Paid $5,000 for them to tell me I needed additional treatments AFTER I went on a diet and exercise regimen and lost weight. Had procedure done in January 2018 and kept waiting and waiting for these MIRACULOUS results I had read about to appear. Went back in April for a review of before and after pictures. Technician tried to show me where there were improvements but for $5,000 I didn't see anything that was worth that much. I'm a RN and I work HARD for my paycheck. I feel like I was ripped off.

DELAWARE -- I had laser hair removal done at the Newark Delaware Ideal Image. My experience was incredible. The facility was always clean, the staff always very professional and friendly. It was expensive, but worth every penny. The result have been amazing. I would recommend Ideal Image to anyone.

KNOXVILLE, TENNESSEE -- Such a great experience at the facility! Made me feel so much more confident about myself. Everyone is so friendly!

VIRGINIA BEACH, VIRGINIA -- I had cool sculpting done and after two years my areas are worst and bigger. The areas treated are still sore to the touch. It is the worst decision I have made especially for the pain after the procedure. The hair removal is horrible and the hair has come back after finishing all treatments. Please do not waste your time or money!

INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA -- Ideal image, heard a lot from radio so went there for consultation, got sucked in as promise was you will go with no hair at the end, did underarms and still have light hair, not completely hair free.
