TUWILA, WASHINGTON -- The most important thing to remember and what they never tell you until a year after 'treatment' is that it's NOT "hair removal," it's "hair reduction." Only in rare cases will it actually remove your hair, no matter if you have light or dark hair. Staff is as nice as they can be, but it feels like they even know the whole thing's a fad, a scam... a shame there's not an actual solution out there. Don't waste your time or money, be happy with your hair.

BURLINGTON, MASSACHUSETTS -- I went there for a free consultation. First thing I knew I was pressured in signing a contract and opening a credit card account for 9300$. Once I got back home and realize what I had signed there was no way possible to cancel. The company is headquartered in Florida where laws for canceling contracts are not in place. STAY AWAY. They are way overpriced and basically running a scam.

MISSOURI -- Cool Sculpting permanently damaged my body. It took me over a year to receive compensation for corrective surgery and my body is still not the same. Ideal Image claims they are number 1. Number 1 in deception. Their cost is higher than a other qoutes received. The results are catastrophic. Steer clear.

ARLINGTON, TEXAS -- Worst experience of my life having cool sculpting done 3 times which did not work because I listened to the business manager and their nurse. I sent pictures and the nurse took picture of my midriff, which I suffered with redness, itchy and painful stomach for 3 months. Never will I do that again. I also paid for Botox since October 2019 and because of my bad experience asked for my money back but was told it's nonrefundable by the business manager at Ideal Image in Arlington Texas. Customer service sucked and all they want is your money.

BUFORD, GEORGIA -- Will not recommend this practice to anyone!!! Wasted time and money. Poor management (Debbie and Katie) in Buford Georgia location as well as customer service!!! Been rendered around for few months trying to get answers on after their service issues. Promises and no calls back. I'm working in customer service for a big company and people always asking for recommendations in the area... I will tell them to avoid Ideal Image!!!!

BOCA RATON, FLORIDA -- DO NOT GO HERE!!! Worst customer service in all South Florida, and that is saying a lot! Once they have your money, they will let you know quick that they will get to you on their own sweet time. No assistance at all and will let you know you are upsetting their day too. You end up paying them so then you cater to them, not the other way around, cause they aren't working with your schedule at all! Extremely unprofessional place.

ASHEVILLE, NORTH CAROLINA -- I paid for two full leg laser hair removal, and they are not honoring my second appointment. I had to call four times until I could get an appointment. However, upon arrival I was told that my appointment was canceled. I had applied a prescribed numbing cream on both of my legs, and I had to go home. I felt hopeless. They are disrespectful and unprofessional. I cannot believe they are still in business.

FARMINGTON, MICHIGAN -- I had bed experience with Ideal Image I just waste the money my uper lips hair start coming again just after 2 months

BOCA RATON, FLORIDA -- I would never in a million years recommend for anyone to use this most unprofessional place on the face of the Earth. They have no problem taking your money upfront, scheduling appointments 6 weeks out, and on the day of your appointment, cancel and offer options which only you must accommodate yourself towards, nothing they will do to accommodate you, why should they? They already have your money!! STAY AWAY!!!!

MINNEAPOLIS, MINNESOTA -- This place is a complete scam stay away!

I so wish I never heard of this business.
