MENTOR, OHIO -- Have eaten at this restaurant twice in Mentor, OH and the first time I had a hair in my chicken sandwich, and the second time I had a hair in my fries. This is very unacceptable and I will not be eating there again.

CANTON, OHIO -- I am amazed at the consistently great service we always receive at Red Robin in Canton. Don't know if this is true everywhere but the Canton restaurant knows what they are doing and should train servers everywhere. The servers are always friendly and quick to accommodate us. We love going there!
