DALLAS, TEXAS -- We've used Terminix for years and had no complaints. They were very sensitive to our schedule and we had no problems in reaching them. The last time they were here, they came out and did an inspection for pests and termites and the tech was very nice and helpful.

The tech told me about a new plan that Terminix offered where they put these little things in the yard and they can measure how much fluid is in there. However, the amount that he had quoted for our Terminix inspection was not the same with what we're actually paying and my husband was not available to make a decision. So when I called Terminix, we decided to stick with the plan that we had. But the tech did a great job outside, checked things thoroughly both in and out and have taken care of our bug and termite problems, which we haven't had in a good while now.

BLYTHE, CALIFORNIA -- Terminix calls me to schedule our service and then I worked it out with them if this schedule works for me or not. The technician they sent was a new guy because my regular technician had retired. He came and introduced himself, and told me that he would be the one coming to do my service from now on. He did what he had to do and addressed any issues that I had so it was good. He did very well for his first time. Everything went smoothly. As for the pest activity, it has been very good since the service. Terminix gave us a satisfying experience and they are very reliable.

OKLAHOMA CITY, OKLAHOMA -- Scheduling is done routinely through email. If I need to reschedule, there's an option to do that as well, but you have to do it in advance. Each time, the Terminix employee comes up and knocks on the door, talks with me for a minute to ask if I have any special issues that I need to have addressed at the house. If not, he goes around and does what he normally does.

The technician is very personable and tends to remember what I've had done in the past and asks me if I need to have it done again, and I appreciate it. Pests are usually reduced and very rarely will one come back. But if they do then I can always call Terminix and have them come to do an immediate visit. They're best in class.

THE VILLAGES, FLORIDA -- Terminix comes to our house quarterly to spray for bugs and they do a very good job. They take down the cobwebs around the house and spray. And if we have a problem inside, they also come inside and spray. Otherwise, they just spray the outside. The reps schedule our appointment via the internet and send us an email. The technician is very friendly and appears to be knowledgeable of what he's doing. Also, they did an installation in our attic and that was a very good thing. We do not have any pests since their service, and we're very satisfied.

SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS -- I'm very pleased with Terminix. We live under Live Oak, and large cockroaches live here. I don't leave food out, but the cockroaches fly. You have to spray to have a chemical barrier or they will fly into your home. I don't have cockroaches because of Terminix spraying, so they do a good job.

The technicians are always knowledgeable and courteous, however, I'm not pleased with Terminix constantly changing them. The few years that we have had Terminix, they have had seven young men here. We have dogs and we live in a gated community. The technicians have to learn about my dogs and my neighbors who inquire about them. By the time they learn about them, the route, all about the house, all the idiosyncrasies, the stairs, the secret little rooms and where I want them to spray, the company transfers them. It's not fair.

Several of my friends who have the service complain about the same thing. I've complained to management and they say that's their policy. I don't understand what kind of policy that would be. I recommend Terminix to friends all the time, but I tell them about the issue.

SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH -- I've had business with Terminix for years, and my experience with them has been very good. The service is done every three months and they let me know when they're coming out. If it's good with me, I let them go ahead and come. If not, I call them back and say that it's not a good time.

I've had no problems with the technician. He's very good. When he comes in, he asks me if I've had any problems with anything and I let him know if I've seen spiders or little critters running around, and he takes care of it. Terminix is good and thorough. They take care of my problems, and I haven't had any. I usually don't even have to call them back.

ONTARIO, CALIFORNIA -- Terminix comes quarterly as documented in our contract and they do a great job. It's done routinely, but I always get an email as a reminder, and they let me know when they're coming. The guy usually comes around the same time. He cleans up and makes sure all the dust is off all of the windows that he sprays. If we have a problem inside, he's been very cordial in coming in and offering whatever it is that we need. He's very professional and courteous. We're really happy with him.

When I switched over from the previous people that Terminix bought out, I was very concerned about the financial aspect because my husband had passed away. Terminix was very kind and gave me the price that I had originally started with even though they had switched over, and that was really nice. I felt that they wanted to keep me as a customer, and that meant a lot.

It's good business all the way around. I would highly recommend them. They're accommodating and are obviously a reputable company. They stand behind the product because if there's a problem, they come and fix it. No waiting time - they right away answer phones, get the next available person out to the house, and I very seldom have to wait longer than a day or two.

WEST MONROE, LOUISIANA -- Scheduling my service with Terminix has always been good. However, they said they would be here from 8:00 to 11:00 on my last appointment with them. I don't know what happened but they didn't show up. I had another appointment I had to go to after 11:00, but they said that they had rescheduled it so everything will be okay.

The technician that comes to my home has been really nice, very efficient, and he does a good job. He comes in and does what he's supposed to do and he's gone. After the first time he sprayed, I saw a few roaches. Then he came back, and since then I haven't seen any. I've been really pleased with it, and I recommend them.

BINGHAMTON, NEW YORK -- We were having problems because we live next to a very large field that had been used to grow corn, and they stopped last year so the little critters that were out there having their lunch decided to come to our house. I called Terminix and a very nice gentleman came in and said there was a rodent problem. He set traps and explained to us very carefully. He was very sweet and said that some of the traps would be set and some would just be there with the bait. He said that rodents are smart and they would check it out first and when they could eat from the traps that weren't going to smack them off the head then they would go after that.

We have got to have the dumbest rats in town because while he was setting traps on the other side of the basement they had snapped. We got rid of two and he told us to check every day and that as soon as there were any others in the trap, call them and they would come out and take care of it. All in all the experience was very nice, and the gentleman checked everything, explained everything and gave us all the information on the exclusion services. We'd recommend them.

GREENSBURG, PENNSYLVANIA -- I have Terminix and my overall experience with them has been very good. We're in Florida now, but we initiated it with them at our home in Latrobe because we had problems where we actually saw some termites. Terminix staff have been knowledgeable and very prompt. They were Johnny-on-the-spot out, explained the problem, and within two days fixed the problem or put all the stopgaps in place.

And then as everybody did up in our part of Western Pennsylvania, recently we've had an issue with tiny ants that we can hardly see. We called Terminix and they were out the next day. They said they'd take care of them, and they did. They said, "If there's any problem, please call us." All in all, I'm very pleased. They're very good and very much on the job.
