RENO, NV -- My vehicle was in an accident. The police stated the other driver was found 100% at fault at the scene. I contacted Allstate and talked to my adjuster who informed me that I was 20% neglect and I was also at fault. Really, what the heck, really. Bottom line you are not in good hands. Allstate is crap. If you are reading this then do not use Allstate as your insurance company.
