SPRINGFIELD, FLORIDA -- We went into the Springfield / Panama City's AT&T branch unsure of what we wanted. Desiree walked us through the phones and plans. We got exactly what we needed and a price we could afford. Thanks for dedicated employees.
NATIONWIDE -- I switched everything from AT&T because having spent 8 1/2 hours on the phone. One day and 8 months trying to straighten out their faulty billing. I moved my cell to Verizon and kept the same number. I was then billed around $100 which I refused to pay, offering to give them back the number. I am now being haunted almost daily be a collection agency. I was told AT&T is the ONLY cellular company that has this policy.
SANTA ROSA, CALIFORNIA -- Without notice AT&T has added $0.61 Administrative Fee to each cell phone on my account. It seems like an undercover way to increase the contract rate. Multiply this by the number of AT&T cell phones in the US and this is a big windfall to the company.
MERRITT ISLAND, FLORIDA -- Went into store to replace two old cellphones. Thought I was getting two upgraded cellphones without new contract. Guess I was wrong. Got stuck with a two-year contract and no better service. Have been an AT&T customer since day one. Guess that's what happens when you get old. Big business gets a thrill and extra money out of us old folks. Don't trust a young Irish salesman in that store!
No response when calling customer service regarding dropped calls - 3 attempts made. Will bring phone back to Best Buy and report same to them. After calling customer service at AT&T - 3 times only got recorded messages, all very politely pointing out wait time. THREE TIMES CALLS WERE DROPPED. WHAT A WAY TO DO BUSINESS!!!
Worst coverage I've ever had! I have had 3 other providers and VZW is the best. I can't get coverage in the middle of a college campus in a city of more than 60,000 people. Beyond that I can't get 3G coverage anywhere. AT&T should just quit and stop wasting people time with their attempt at being a legitimate cellphone company.
NORWALK, CONNECTICUT -- We bought new cell phones and re-upped our plan. When the bill came there was a charge of $36.00 dollars to move the information from 1 phone to another. This was not mentioned when you buy the phone either verbally on the receipt. Ever time I do anything with AT&T. There is always a hidden charge. The last time AT&T double charged me for the internet, putting it on the U-verse bill and the cell phone bill.
37066, TENNESSEE -- I assure your company that I will be spending my next 4 nights off work posting negative blogs and forums on the internet about the poor service that I have received during the loss of my cellphone from AT&T and Asurion. Without my phone for two weeks now and I'm changing over to Verizon. You lose your phone with Verizon and they have you a replacement the next day. Starting NOW!
