We canceled the wireless service contract on September 5, 2007 and returned the cell phone to AT&T with notice that my wireless service was to be terminated. So each month [Sept, Oct, Nov & Dec] AT&T sends me a bill and each month I call them and they agree the service contract has been canceled and will remove my name and stop billing me. SO I don't have the phone - I don't have a contract - so stop sending me a bill!
