HUNTSVILLE, ALABAMA -- Ordered 3 Windows 6 Weeks ago. They called and scheduled to show up a few days ago and they never showed up, so we called... They show the following day @ 7 am and the 2 out of the 3 windows were way too small so 4 or 5 more weeks to make some more. I heard several good reviews from co-workers, but for my experience not so much. I didn't want to do it myself, because it would have taken me too long. I regret my decision.

VIRGINIA BEACH, VIRGINIA -- We order window November 1, 2019, they lied how long it would take. 16 week they came and did not finished job because they did have the stuff, Reid family should be run out business. They cancel again April 1 2020 to finish they told me they won't come until April 23. If you own peninsula stay away from this company. They treat you like CRAP, They scratch up paint.

PORT CLINTON, OHIO -- Windows are being installed today. Very disappointed. Color does not match the new windows in my addition as the salesman said they would. Also, picture windows were not as described. Maybe the salesman shouldn't of made our appointment on a Saturday and been in a hurry because his schedule was so packed. On a positive note, the installers are very efficient and nice. None of it is their fault. I blame the salesman. Now I have $13,000 worth of windows I am not happy with. So upset.

ROCKFORD, ILLINOIS -- Ordered windows on 10/31/2019. Was told they would be installed by 1/1/2020. They told me they would be closed for 2 weeks. 1 week at Thanksgiving and 1 week at Christmas. 12/31/2019 called them and was told windows were in but 4 weeks until they could be installed. Finally were put in on 1/23 2020. Called salesman on 12/31/2019 and he would never call me back. Installer was a subcontractor and did a great job. I would not recommend or use them again.

PANAMA CITY, FLORIDA -- I am very pleased with the services that Window World provided. Drew and Katie were outstanding, very professional, informative, and pleasant to work with during the installation. After experiencing all of the problems with repairing our home after Hurricane Michael, it was comforting to have such caring people do the install. I would recommend them to anyone needing windows.

ALABAMA -- I got a quote. They said it was a contract and tried to charge me for windows they never installed!!! Be aware!!! They are crooks! I tried to resolve this matter and I found out today they reported it on my credit report. They actually expect me to pay them thousands of dollars for windows they NEVER INSTALLED!!!

Over a year ago I contacted Window World to repair a torn screen. I live in Bunkie, LA. They told me they would not come just for that and that if they happened to be in this area, they would repair the screen. I never heard from them again. They have very poor customer service.

LANSING, MICHIGAN -- It took them about 5-6 hours to complete installation. Once I saw the work, we realized that hasn't sealed the windows and we could literally see outside through the huge gap they left. None of the screens close. The holes have let tons of flies into our house. The windows don't even open all the way. Please, save your money and go with someone else.

COLORADO SPRINGS, COLORADO -- I had my basement windows replaced. The windows were great and the company was awesome. The installer on the other hand was a little angry man who was drunk the entire three days. His helper did all the work and he cursed and was load about his truck breaking down and how he had to drive a piece of ** Dodge from the shop. I would use Window World again as long as I don't get Chad.

VIRGINIA BEACH, VIRGINIA -- I purchased windows and installation from Window World two months prior to the job. Once they finally got on the job, they installed one window and told me that the other two windows would be completed after they finish the woodwork around the windows. They left the windows in our bedroom and never came back. We called and emailed several times and they would not complete the job. I would never suggest Window World of Tidewater to anyone. They are the WORST. :(
