USPS Complaint - Poor Service - Non Delivery
Non Delivery - Complaint
I am waiting for a package shipped from Durham NC to Charlotte NC since 9-7 I think this type of service is exactly what is giving the postal service a bad name. not only do they not deliver but they don't care about you or your mail. I have had to complain about my driver on numerous occasions and I feel this is why I don't get any mail for days. my packages were being left on my lawn instead of at my door the driver usually leaves the mailbox door open so anyone can see if you have received mail or not when I complain it seems more like I'm annoying them for doing such a lousy job. I use the post office as little as possible mainly because of the constant increase in charges and the sharp decline in service. I remember the days when it was an honor to work for the post office where has it gone wrong, mail was a priority and service outstanding I guess like everything else in our country now days nothing is important and honor is a thing of the past.

Not counting the 7th, it has only been 4 business days as of today. How did you ship the package? Was it priority, overnight, 1st class, parcel post? Each has a different time frame for delivery.

Oh geez... the details don't matter. There are many complaints about the lousey USPS service and attitude. And I'll agree... some of the people they let deliver mail are total morons and are probably put on street duty because no one working inside can stand them.
The other day, I had my driveway repaved. There was bright yellow caution tape around the front of my yard so people would know to keep off the driveway. I purposely stood on my porch as the mailman came up the street so I could get my mail from him directly. He starts walking thru my neighbor's yard and I say to him "Don't walk on my driveway, I just had it paved!" What does he do? He looks down at my driveway and walks right across it!!! And I'm like what the @#%! are you doing? I just said not to walk on there! He ignored me and handed me some mail. It was NOT even my mail. He had delivered all the mail one house behind. He had a large envelope foe me that had a Delivery Confirmation tag on it and he didn't even scan it like they are supposed to. He probably scans them all prior to making his rounds... which is wrong. The guy was a total idiot and didn't seem to care about anything that happened.
