Rating: 4/51

MINT HILL, NORTH CAROLINA -- The door of the men's room cannot be locked. I have told them at least two times already, and nothing has been repaired. The bolt is jammed and the door cannot be locked. I told them about 5 weeks ago.

PROVIDENCE, RHODE ISLAND -- Tickets were ordered over phone for the handicap seating and when we got there, they said they had no record of the tickets being ordered so we could not get in.

Bad Service Every Day
By -

BROOKLY, MASSACHUSETTS -- Today I went to Dunkin Donuts. I ask for plain bagel and cream cheese. The guy said, "We don't have cream cheese so I put butter. Is that OK?" Today it will be the last day I buy Dunkin Donuts.

Refused Service
By -

I waited in drive thru for about 15 min. I place an order 3 times then I was refused service and the food. The manager of Dunkin Donuts of Middlebury, VT yelled at me when I was walking out the door. I've been a customer of Dunkin Donuts for years. I fear if this is the kind of people that they hire I will never go back again... This happened on 9-6-11 at 9:00am.

Dunkin Donuts charge tax on Prepackaged Coffee.
By -

MAIN ST, MASSACHUSETTS -- I live in Wareham and bought a pound of coffee beans. I was charged tax on prepackaged coffee. Prepackaged coffee is not taxable. This Dunkin Donuts were charging tax a few years ago and I complained and they stopped charging tax until a few weeks ago. Now they are charging tax on prepackaged coffee again. I complained to the drive through window staff and I was told there was tax. This is not true. This is a common practice in Wareham Ma.

Terrible Customer Service

WEST HAVERSTRAW, NEW YORK -- Horrible customer service! I will avoid this place, as much as possible. I rather go farther away then deal with complete rudeness and resentment. Coffee is often stale and usually not made the way you ordered, and the attitude is beyond any manners and decency and disrespect.

Unsanitary and Verbally Abusive Female Employee
By -

HAYMARKET STATION BOSTON, MASSACHUSETTS -- Dunkin Donuts at touristy Haymarket MBTA Bus station. Gloved female slouching, male at register, no greeting. Ordered 1 small decaf and hot apple pie. Female no change in gloves, grabs apple pie. I ask male to instruct her to change gloves, he refused. Asked female directly, she refused! Returned the dirty pies to the bin and grabbed them with no gloves. Asked for mgr, not available. Male scribbled Manjit, no business card, then refused to write female's name (HIRA from name tag). Female got abusive, then swore SALLI(?) under her breath. Not hispanic, Paki-Indian? I walked out, unsanitary, appalling.

Never Again 106 Sisson Hartford, CT

HARTFORD, CONNECTICUT -- I felt compelled to write a complaint after this. DD once again screwed up my order. I go through the drive-thru in the mornings and ask for a bagel with butter and cream cheese on the side. Almost every single time they either forget the butter, forget the cream cheese, or slather both on my bagel. Also coffee light and sweet does not mean I want cold coffee. They are very quick, but I can honestly say that at least three of the five times I've been there this week, they have screwed up the order.

Manager swearing at crew!
By -

RHODE ISLAND -- When I had recently gone to a Dunkin' Donuts on Mineral Spring, RI a female manager was yelling her crew that "If they did not answer (the drive through at the) first beep it was going to be their **." I asked a girl if that happened normally and she said "we're always getting screamed at." I felt terrible but obviously did not know who to complain to because I can't call the store and talk to the manager?

DO NOT WORK HERE!!!
By -

DORCHESTER, MA, MASSACHUSETTS -- I was an employee at a Dunkin Donuts. Rule of thumb for anyone who was ever considering working at one: DON'T. Or at least do NOT work at this one. Nobody cares about your health, or you as a human being. The men do not respect you and treat you like you're stupid, and the boss threatened to fire me at least three or four times when I didn't do ANYTHING wrong. I am a hard worker, and for $8/hour, this job is DEFINITELY not worth it.
