International Flowers Delivery Give Very Bad Service!!!

ITALY -- Very bad service!!! When my husband was ordering he wrote the wrong house number. The houses are on same street, nearby. We admit our mistake. But the courier must call before delivery. There was no call. The website has information that the courier calls before delivery, comes twice if the first time does not find the recipient. We didn't have this service. Nobody contacted with the customer or the recipient. When we became interested in our order, we got information that we could not receive our order further. 3 days later the company sent us the addresses where we can pick up flowers. When we got this place were no flowers there. Horror!!!

BARCELONA -- FloraQueen doesn't even deserve a one star!!!! I can't believe I spent my money and had a hope for them to send a gift to my boyfriend! What was I thinking? I shouldn't have trusted them from the first place.. the gift was coming from Barcelona arrived to Metz and they just didn't deliver it and then it is coming back to Barcelona today.. Their customer service suck big time! What a waste of time and money! It was my boyfriend's birthday and he didn't receive his gift... this is sad.. if you wanna disappoint your loved ones use FloraQueen!
Let's hope they send me a refund..

BARCELONA, CALIFORNIA -- I just tried submitting a form to you and everything was erased. I really need your help. I ordered flowers for my daughter who is in Italy studying abroad and they were never delivered (I've been told they were delivered). I've reached out to FloraQueen 4 times and I still haven't received a response from them. They took my money (which I don't have much of) and scammed me. They lied and now won't reply to me. I tried calling them, but it's in Spanish and from what I gather the message is redirecting me back to the website. I'm at a loss and feel helpless. I used this site because they stated they deliver to international locations. UGH! My heart is broken that I couldn't surprise my daughter, especially with her being 7k miles away for the first time ever.

SPAIN -- I bought my mother flowers for her birthday. The delivery guy didn't check the address and left them outside an abandoned house! When following up on the issue, customer service took ages to get back to me and when they did they disputed the case to the bitter end before saying the best they could do was give me a 30% in my next order - as if would ever be buying from them again! Very unsatisfied...what should have been a thoughtful gift to my mother on the other side of the world, turned into a nightmare of a purchase - save your money and go somewhere else!

This service is a scam. I placed three orders to be delivered in Panama the day before Mother's day. I even paid extra for the flowers to be delivered in the morning. The flowers were not delivered... On the day the flowers were supposed to be delivered, I got messages which appeared written by a computer and not by a human, apologizing for not been able to update the status of my order...

Those initial emails were followed up with more apologies and requesting a different day for delivery. I asked for a delivery on a later date and that if they could not deliver to refund my money. The company proceeded to cancel one of my orders (not the three I had placed), the other two orders have not yet been delivered and they still charged me some money for the order they did not deliver! I am going to ask my credit card company not to pay them; stay away from this company! It's a scam...

I'll try not to be biased here but I wish I had something better to say about these guys. I am in London and recently was looking to send my Fiancé her 30th birthday flowers as a surprise in Budapest who was on a business trip and came across FloraQueen. Repeatedly confirmed address with them and confirmed with them time and again for the next day delivery. They assured me that it will be done. Sure enough the flowers didn't get delivered. Even worse there is no phone number to call if something goes wrong and of course there is no prompt replies to the emails. Needless to say that after endless futile attempts to contact them, I got an email saying sorry, we have been unable to deliver. I understand that things can go wrong but a little communication goes a long way! Ruined our special occasion. Make your own mind up! you might be luckier than me.

SPAIN -- Worst service I have ever experienced in my life.

Ordered €135 worth of red roses for my delivery to my Argentinian girlfriend on the 14th of Feb. It is now 8 PM of the 16th of February in Argentina and no sign of flowers yet. I have contacted customer service yesterday night asking explanations and a new ETA: they replied this morning to advice that they would ask the florist for reasons of delay and asking me to decide whether to proceed with delivery or refund. I told them either they delivered today or refund. I chased in the afternoon for confirmation of email receipt and that flowers would indeed be delivered today but received no reply. I will now send another email asking a total refund and if it goes south I'll explore with my cousin who is a lawyer in consumer protection.

As I said before, this is the worst service I have ever observed in my life: poor operations, even poorer customer service.
PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS OR THEY WILL NOT LEARN THEIR LESSONS. DO YOURSELF, AND FUTURE PEOPLE A FAVOUR

TERRIBLE SERVICE AND POOR QUALITY FLOWERS

VIRGINIA -- I ordered a $50 bouquet of flowers that looked beautiful on the website. We contacted the company to change the location of delivery but there is no phone to call so you are stuck filling an online form. No one responded until hours later saying they would inform the florist the following day. But the delivery was for that day!!! They delivered the flowers to a pharmacy two doors down from my mother's store since she was already closed.

Instead of someone contacting her by phone, they left the flowers with the pharmacy. Thankfully they had my mom's number and she picked them up later that evening. Pure laziness! They could've contacted her directly. The flowers looked NOTHING like the one on the picture and they literally died a day after. I tried contacting customer service and they were so unprofessional and refused to refund. NEVER AGAIN!!!

CZECH REPUBLIC, PENNSYLVANIA -- I paid extra for 31st delivery and it didn't arrive till the fourth. I went through hell with customer service and they kept blaming florist. They wouldn't give me real updates on my order. The roses looked like they came from food store and the teddy bear was not the bear in photo. It was cheap looking from a dollar store. Eyes crooked and the roses half dead in tissue paper and I ordered a vase.

I am so furious I paid a lot of money for something and I could have bought this in a dollar store for five dollars. I was COMPLETELY EMBARRASS seeing the photos when the person received the gift. I am going to file for refund through PayPal. Do not use this flower service. It's a complete fraud and ripoff!

The worst online florist

ILLINOIS -- I've used online flower services for years, but I never had such horrible experience like my recent encounter with FloraQueen. This company is by far the worst I've ever dealt with. At least their Israeli branch. They took my order, my money, waited for days and on the day of actual delivery(!) sent me a e-mail indicating that they failed to find any florist near the specified location, hence my order was canceled... Perhaps that was the case, but why they accepted the order and charged my credit card if they were not able to fulfill it to begin with? Needless to say, FloraQueen ruined a very special day for me and my friends. I had to scramble and found another REAL online florist in Israel, who delivered my flowers. At a later day regretfully. I will never use FloraQueen and would not recommend them to anyone.
