My family will NOT be shopping at K-Mart any longer due to their lack of compassion for their employees. Making them work on Thanksgiving Day is absurd and another all-time low for greed and the almighty dollar. Way to go K-Mart I hope your sales flop on Thursday... K-Mart... NOT SMART.

ALPENA, MICHIGAN -- I am a widow on fixed income. Last year I bought my first Martha Stewart pre-lit Christmas tree. Which may be my last Martha Stewart item. The top of the tree's lights went out this year and I can't afford to buy another. I think her company should replace the tree. I paid $100.00 without tax on a 6 1/2 foot tree. It is ridiculous that those lights shorted out after just 1 year.

FLORIDA -- I was just at Kmart and looked at an electronic dart board (yes I'm thinking Christmas already) and the price was 59.99 I then go to Sears and just happened to spot the same dartboard, same box, same brand for 66.99! If I could've found someone I would've certainly asked about it. Just be alert when shopping these stores. I don't know how the price can be different since it is now the same company. You can find Sears stuff in Kmart and Kmart stuff in Sears.

JOICE, IOWA -- I really would like to ask what the advertising officials were thinking when they came up with those commercials. I think that the "jingle bells" commercials is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! Did you people think that children would never see those commercials. Please remove them NOW. I will never shop at Kmart again and I know several other family members that will not be shopping there again either. And as far as the GIFing commercials, I don't think I have ever been more annoyed by a commercial.

CLAIRMONT, NEW HAMPSHIRE -- I forgot a bag of presents in the cart with Mplayer, headphones, stylists for DS, Barbie Doll and Monster high doll. When I called the store they said it had not been returned to the desk but to come in with my receipt. They replaced everything at no charge to me! WOW I was so happy and grateful to them. Everyone was nice and helpful great cs to all. Thank you!

I stood in Kmart for an hour waiting for management assistance. The customer service in our local Kmart is ** poor. I was unable to receive assistance at the layaway department because the individual was on lunch. Therefore, I was expected to wait until that individual came back to proceed with my transaction. I then attempted to contact management to complain to no avail.

BURLINGTON, NORTH CAROLINA -- I bought a new pair shoes and the sole separated from them. I took them back to the store to get them replaced, but didn't have the receipt. They didn't even want to do anything. They said they didn't carry them. I got almost two months of wear out of them and I didn't wear them every day. That will be my last pair of Route 66 shoes.

PLYMOUTH, INDIANA -- I went to the Thanksgiving sale at 5:00 AM and when I got there all the TVs were all gone. Nobody in line got one, the sales start at 6AM. These freaking stores are just a bunch of liars, to get people to shop there. It's BS. Who the hell got those TVs at 4:00 in the morning? They are just a bunch of liars. How did they pay for the tickets if they open at 6AM? Screw you Kmart. No wonder you are losing customers!!!

PEACHTREE CITY, GEORGIA -- I was buying a buy one get one free Joe Boxer pajamas for my daughter. The items did not ring up buy 1 get 1. I had to walk the saleswoman back to the girls department to show her. Michelle stopped at customer service to talk to the manager. She took off one outfit for 14.99 but charged me 1 cent for the other. She said that was the only way she could get it to override in the system. It is always something with Kmart every time I shop there. This might be the last time too.

WHITE LAKE, MICHIGAN -- I bought a new battery for my vehicle last Saturday. When I tried to return my core to the store I was told I had 7 days and since it is now 8 days they would not take the battery or give me my core amount back. I call the customer complaint line and basically got told that it sucks to be me. I find it hard to believe that a company can afford to lose a customer of 18 years over $15.00.
