MANTUA, NEW JERSEY -- Stuffing clothes in bag like it was trash, attitude, quality of cloth and panty hose. Got home, clothes was wrinkled. Put dress on, seam came apart. Panty hose had runs in them before I put them on. It was the worst experience I had there. I've been coming there since I was 22 yrs old. The worst quality I seen in clothes ever. This is why Kmart is losing business. What happen to my Kmart I once knew.

CLAYMONT, DELAWARE -- Purchased 5 TV's. One did not have sound and K-Mart basically said because I didn't opt to purchase warranty there was nothing they would do.

ST. LOUIS, MISSOURI -- I went to Kmart this morning. Their ad was for a 32 inch TV for $218. The clerk said they never received any of that brand. The sale started today 2/19/12.

HOUMA, LOUISIANA -- I used to visit your store here in Houma, LA 70360 quite often but clerks are standing around not interested in helping any one out. You always feel like you are bothering them. As a manager myself no staff would be acting that way. They need to be retrained. Tell them all to shop our local Target store and find out what customer service is. Some excitement in your their voice would be nice and working for your paycheck would be nice.

CHRISTMAS COMMERIAL -- The current Kmart Christmas commercial employs no black women. There are several interracial children, a black man with a white blonde women, but no black women or black children. I as a black women with black children have decided not to spend my money when with a company that is not advertising to me or employing black women or children.

ELWOOD, INDIANA -- This review revolves around the fact that many, if not all your Kmart stores were open on Thanksgiving Day. I would hope you could at least have abbreviated hours for your employees. Thanksgiving Day is meant to strengthen family life, like no other holiday. Did you Board of Directors and CEO work all day Thanksgiving Day? Please think seriously about shortening hours for your workers on that and other major holidays, so I won't be led to think that profit is your bottom line. Thank you for listening.

LARGO, FLORIDA -- I attempted to return an item to the Largo, Florida Kmart and the treatment I received was very rude and unprofessional. They refused to return the item even though I had a receipt. The store manager, he would not provide his name, was worthless. I asked to speak with his manager and he said there was no one to speak to. I called the 800 complaint line and they were completely worthless. I will never shop at Kmart again.

I purchased a set of white gold diamond earrings and one ring and one necklace at Kmart for a Christmas gift. The ring and earrings have turned black after wearing them twice!!!

YORK, PENNSYLVANIA -- I visited this store and used my rewards card and they took it upon themselves to put my receipt on the internet for thieves to get. Beware - please shop somewhere else that does not post your info on the internet.

I am done with Kmart. Every time I try to buy something that is supposed to be on sale, once I get to the register, I am told it is either no longer on sale or it's not the right item. If it's going to be such hassle every time I go in there then I won't bother anymore. They need to get their prices right. I have two Kmarts nearby and they both are like this.
