FRANKLIN SQUARE, NEW YORK -- I ordered this a few days ago. After I drank the beverage, my stomach started to bother me for the next few days. I ended up having sharp stomach pains and threw up a few times. I know it was the drink, because I did not eat anything before or afterwards.
OVERLAND PARK, KANSAS -- I ordered a tall cappuccino at Starbucks on 87 Street Overland Park, Kansas. My first surprise was on lifting the cup. It was so light the person making coffee could have easily made out how much coffee it contains. I opened lid and could see only foam. 3 sips and the coffee was over!! Not worth the buck at all!!!
RICHARDSON, TEXAS -- I go to this location almost every week. Have noticed lately that lattes are only half full. Mostly foam. Cost is expensive for half a cup. This is my treat to myself, guys don't cheat us just because you have plenty of business. I thought you were better than that!!!
STRONGSVILLE, OHIO -- I ordered a Venti Decaf Mocha tonight and could tell within 30 minutes that it was not decaf. It's after midnight and I am still awake and my heart is racing because I never drink caffeine. What makes me mad is that Starbucks is expensive, are not all that friendly, are ONLY a coffee shop, and still cannot get it right. Very disappointing.
KILLEEN, TEXAS -- I have been very displeased with my service at Starbucks, because any Starbucks I go, it seems like they never get my order correct. They either give me a drink that I didn't order with an attitude or they take forever to get the drink done.
I just tried the new Via instant coffee, and I am taking the time to write this review because I found it excellent. I drink coffee every day, but almost never at home. This is the first instant, at-home, coffee I have really liked. It is fresh, robust, delicious, and very very very easy to make. It costs more than other brands, but it is well worth it.
DALLAS, TEXAS -- I like that Starbucks employees always are pleasant and upbeat. It doesn't matter which Starbucks you go to. The service is predominantly good. On the rare occasion that the service is not up to par, a quick phone call to the Starbucks complaint line usually fixes the problem. It's nice to see customer service take the front. We need more friendly faces in more consumer places!
