TULSA, OKLAHOMA -- My 19 year old daughter was involved in a traffic accident just a few days after I switched my auto insurance to Travelers. I was worried about being cancelled. Travelers treated me like I had been a customer forever. They were courteous, professional and helpful. Accidents are never good experiences. Travelers made their part of this situation painless and efficient. I like that and I will remain a Travelers customer because of the way they responded when I had a need. Thanks.

HOLLAND PATENT, NEW YORK -- Easy peasy. Call Travelers to advise of claim and obtained my claim number. Next day got a call that the adjuster was going to look at the truck and discuss damage with body shop. Shortly after I received a call and an email telling my check was on its way.

COLUMBIANA, ALABAMA -- Had an automobile accident and my local agent and the other agents who helped me were very kind and put my mind at ease about the repairs. My insurance covered everything but my deductible.

VISALIA, CALIFORNIA -- My wife was involved in a small accident with a uninsured driver. The fault was the other driver's. Travelers is fighting to get our 500 dollar deductible back when they could easily leave it alone. They will more than likely lose money on all the time they are putting into our claim. They are quick to get back to us on any updates and made a very frustrating situation somewhat pleasant.
