CONNECTICUT -- Upon having an accident, I called the number given the next day. They immediately took care of the filing and gave me a claim number and connected me to my claim person. The initial claim was great, and the payment was received in a very timely manner. The only problem that came up was the adjuster responding in a timely fashion when a supplement claim had to be filed. This delayed the work on my vehicle. Other than the supplemental problem, I could not have been more pleased with this company.

ATLANTA -- Travelers Insurance was very good to work with on my home insurance claim.

SAN JOSE, CALIFORNIA -- I was in an accident, fairly late at night. Travelers was on the phone with me throughout the initial process. From that point on they were very diligent and thorough keeping me in the loop throughout and taking care of everything so I did not have to worry. Excellent!

NEW JERSEY -- I was involved in an accident. The guy hit another guy causing him to hit me. He did not have enough coverage to pay for either of the cars so I had to go through my own insurance company even though it wasn't my fault. Travelers was amazing from start to finish, making what could have been a horrible experience a good one! I had over $5,000 worth of damage and my car looks brand new! Thank you Connor and everyone at Travelers!

BETHESDA, MARYLAND -- Water died and flooded the basement. And I called Travelers and they came out the next day and wrote me a check to cover all the expenses of a new water heater and damage cleanup. Fast and furious. No complaints and they are awesome.

AUSTIN, TEXAS -- I had a water heater that was under warranty malfunction in my attic. There was water damage to my ceiling and walls. Travelers and their claims adjuster Sam ** did an outstanding job in handling my claim. They provided everything I needed in a timely manner to repair my house to a pre-loss condition. The communication was outstanding and I would highly recommend Travelers to anyone looking to insurance coverage.

SANTA ROSA, CALIFORNIA -- Our babysitter was in a crash driving our car that seriously injured another party. Travelers Insurance Company was absolutely amazing. Not only did they treat us with respect, kindness and in a professional manner, they did the same for the victim in our behalf. TUCSON, ARIZONA -- Air conditioner drain line clogged up and water damaged the floor, walls, and carpet. Travelers Insurance was very concerned and knowledgeable on how to handle the issue. The agent who came to the house was very thorough, knowledgeable, and efficient. The claim was settled in a quick and fair way. Highly recommend these guys.
