LITTLETON, COLORADO -- Condo homeowners insurance with extended coverage. I called them and was told an agent would contact me. I received a call within 3 hours and talked to an agent who explained exactly what I needed to submit for my claim. I emailed the information and received a call the next day stating that my claim had been accepted and that the check was in the mail. I receive the check 3 days later. No hassles, no fuss, simple and easy and very helpful.

PORTLAND, OREGON -- Have had this plan for years and made my first claim. The Travelers Insurance reps were very kind and professional. They gave me a fair value on the car which was a total loss and matters were handled in a very timely manner. I was 100% satisfied with how they treated me and handled my claim. And, the accident was my fault!

LAPLUME -- House was damage from a violent thunder storm. At 6 pm on a Tuesday a tree fell on the house and went through the kitchen ceiling, damaging the roof and filling the kitchen with water. By Thursday 4pm of that same week, the tree was removed, temporary repairs were made and I had a check in hand for the cost to all the damage repair!

MARYLAND -- My parents' house was robbed and my son had all of his a/v equipment stolen. Travelers covered our loss quickly and fairly.

BALTIMORE, MARYLAND -- We recently had a fire and we lost everything. Our entire house had to be gutted and rebuilt. We lost all our personal belongings. Travelers was very patient and helpful in the steps to rebuilding and starting over. They explained everything and helped us every step of the way. Any issues we came across, our agent was a phone call away and took care of everything for us (even if it wasn't his job).

YOUNGSTOWN, OHIO -- My home owner's insurance is with Travelers Insurance. We had a kitchen fire with smoke damage to the house. Travelers Insurance was absolutely great to work with. They gave us a fair estimate and promptly sent a check to cover clean-up and all repairs needed. From the initial phone call to make the claim until everything was back to normal, they were so nice and helpful. I can't thank them enough for making the whole process easier on us.

TUSCALOOSA, ALABAMA -- I was contacted within a few days and an adjuster came to look at my roof. After the contractor met with the adjuster, it was only a few days before my check arrived in the mail. Due to the extensive damage in Tuscaloosa last April, this was unbelievable service.

AIKEN, SOUTH CAROLINA -- We have had 2 dealings with Travelers Insurance and its agents and couldn't be happier with the outcomes of each. We had hail damage to our roof and prior to that we had an identity theft - both traumatic and both dealt with swiftly and compassionately by our insurance agents and staff.

VIRGINIA -- We received a quote for homeowner's insurance from Travelers. After a month we get a letter stating that "a inspection of your property was done" and our premium would be raised over $100 than original quoted and paid by my escrow account. We were originally told that an inspection was just a matter of fact and never disagreed with policy coverage initially quoted. I am in the process of getting another insurance company. Talk about Bait and Switch. Be very afraid of this company. Don't trust the agents with their quotes!

I suffered storm damage from Hurricane Irene and was afraid to call the insurance company because you hear such terrible things about insurance companies, but I took the chance on calling and am delighted to let everyone know that I got excellent service. Travelers was very concerned and took care of my claim very swiftly. They were all very informative, helpful, and caring. The claims representative came out to my house and made me feel very appreciated. Travelers is an excellent insurance company and I recommend them to everyone.
