The claim for auto damage was handled professionally and expediantly.

PENNSYLVANIA -- I was the victim of random vandalism on my truck. I called my agent and within 2 days I had an adjuster at my door. In 2 more days I had a check in the mail. My experience with this company was great. If you need insurance, this is the company to go with...............

SEATTLE, WASHINGTON -- I cancelled my policy with Travelers. On the phone they confirmed that I do not owe any money whatsoever and the cancellation notice was received. For the next 5 months I did not get any letters from Travelers, but instead I received a letter from RMS (Receivable Management Services) that I owe them $31.00. I have a good income, and maintain the best credit rating that I can, and along comes Travelers who does not care to update their records and sends me to collections. Thanks for destroying my credit score. DO NOT SIGN WITH TRAVELERS.

The survey could be improved. On some of the questions there either is a YES or NO box to check. Some of the questions I couldn't remember the answer so therefore I had to possibly answer incorrectly. Therefore there was no possible way to continue as one had to put an answer in a box!!! Otherwise there was no way to continue.
