Ups stole my bag because of it's valuables

MARYLAND, MARYLAND -- I wish there's zero ratings!!

I sent 2 luggages same day and 1 was delivered while the 2nd was with the status"out for delivery" for two days.

The 3rd day I was told it's missing and they're searching for it.It's been over 3 weeks no trace.Those guys opened my bag and realized the contents are worth over $6000 and decided to steal it, how can a company with such name not be trustworthy with valuables or able to trace who took lugagges out for deliveries 2 days in a row?

I have sent a claim for the items I can remember in the luggage and yet to get a response.

Pls tell UPS to return my bag or pay the claims

SPOKANE, WASHINGTON -- One of the worst experiences I have ever had. We needed our packages for our business delivered on time! The driver said that they were there at 9:45AM and the business was closed. WHICH WAS NOT TRUE!!!! We are open on Fridays. He was too lazy to come or even get out of his car. They said I could pick up the packages between 6:30-8pm when our business is closed. Which is not helpful at all. When I called to complain I received so much disrespect from the other lady on the line. It is their fault and did nothing to fix the issue.

NYC, NEW YORK -- Paid a lot of money to ship a keyboard to my daughter in NYC. It was not delivered on the expected date - despite saying it was out for delivery. Spoke to many UPS agents who knew nothing, were unhelpful and kept saying they will have the dispatch center call us - which of course they never did.

Spoke to several UPS customer service reps in the Philippines who were completely unhelpful. At one point they said they would connect me to a supervisor if I am willing to wait on the line for 20 minutes, and proceeded to disconnect me. The item was delivered the following day at 9:50pm! My daughter spent two whole days at home waiting for this delivery. Not one of their agents was helpful and they lied with impunity. Will never use UPS again.

NEW YORK, NEW YORK -- I swear UPS and everyone who works there have got to be the most useless beings in history! Over and over again they have messed up my packages and deliveries. I had a replacement phone shipped next day air because my phone was stolen from the train and I had to wait months before being able to pay for a new one.

I finally order my new one on Saturday and it hasn't arrived yet. I am scared because UPS has left my packages downstairs next to my mailbox, but I live in AN APARTMENT BUILDING!!! People walk back and forth all the time and instead of ringing the bell or calling me they just leave it downstairs and my stuff has gotten stolen on several occasions!! They don't knock, they don't leave a note, they don't call, and all these bad reviews you would've thought corporate would have fixed this shit by now but NO! they haven't!

I HATE UPS and I wish that when I ordered things it would be shipped with FedEx or something because these guys are the biggest pieces of crap EVER! and I am NOT being nice to any more ups employees because they don't take care of their job in the first place! I am a New Yorker, and you don't play with our ** money.

Worst Postal Service Ever

MORRISVILLE, NORTH CAROLINA -- Sent a package from US to India on a Wednesday. I provided all the necessary information and phone numbers. The package was supposed to be delivered on Monday. But they abandoned the package saying the receiver could not be contacted (although the receiver did not even get a call).

I have been trying to reach the customer service for 3 days and every time I call, they tell me "Call during Indian business hours, call during EST, talk to our resolution team, talk to our brokerage team", for the past 3 days, but nothing has been done. Hands down, the worst postal service ever. When asked, the lady just told me "Maam, you have to keep calling every day until the package is released". Do I not have a job? Is it my fault that your resolution department is inefficient. Totally disappointed with the unprofessional service. Never going to UPS ever again.

TULSA, OKLAHOMA -- I was sent a package last week. The problem was that I had been rushed to the hospital the day of the delivery and ended up staying the night. When I came home the next day I found a SECOND notice saying they were taking it to some funky location that I never heard of miles away from home. I contacted customer service and told them what happened hoping they would bring it back here because I am not well enough to travel that far. They said the drivers try THREE times. Then why was it delivered somewhere else after only the SECOND attempt? They lie. Lie. Lie. I still don't have my package and the status hasn't changed since I called them last week.

OREGON -- I am as frustrated as I have been in a long time. Your Customer Service is absolutely horrible!!! I have called 3 times and talked with 5 different people including a supervisor. Each person had something different to say, either adding or subtracting information from the previous person. The only American I actually spoke with was a delivery person who couldn't help me because I hadn't been given a quote or paid for it. Customer Service Representative #2 connected me with him. Which Customer Service informed could not be done.

I am pretty sure this will do no good at all but I wanted to try. Rest assured I will never ship anything UPS and if I had the option f not having UPS deliveries from others I would do that as well. I will also be looking for every website I possibly can to tell anyone who wants to listen to not use UPS.

SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA -- I refused delivery of a package by mistake. UPS contacted my company and the situation was corrected, the package would be delivered on Monday. When I came to work on Monday, there was a UPS notice on my door saying they tried to deliver the package on Friday but there was no one here to sign for it. (We were closed for Veteran's Day.) So I immediately contacted customer service and spoke to the nicest young man named Tim. He was able to find the package and assured me that it would be delivered today, since it had been put on a truck at 6:00 a.m. Thank you UPS for having this person on customer service detail. Forever grateful.

PHOENIX, ARIZONA -- Shipped a small box to Sun City AZ. It was scanned in NY when picked up and no additional scans. Shipped a replacement small box to Sun City, AZ, it made it to Phoenix and then no further scans. 1st pkg., investigation: took 8 days, no results. I called again and UPS said they would send out a claim form. After a week, I did not receive the form, called back and they sent via email. Sent claim and receipt and was told it would be another 10 days to have it processed. Still waiting... 2nd pkg., investigation in process. Sent a 3rd pkg. U.S. Priority mail. Got there in 2 days!!
