CHINA -- I have read the reviews about this company and have had the same exact Experience. Luckily for me I paid with a credit card and they are working to get me my money back. This is a scam. Please don't order from this place. They will send you a wig that looks nothing like what you ordered will and refuse to refund you and will tell you that you have to pay to Send it back. I am grateful for the person who took out time to tell her story. If you order from this place this will also be your story. The Bible says warning comes before destruction. Heed to the warning and shop somewhere else. The lesson I learned from this is never shop online without reading the company's reviews first.

TENNESSEE -- Went online to try to find a white-to-silver wig for a white woman. Wigsbuy sent me a $198 wig which is yellow, and is made for an African American woman. I know this because I took it to a local wigshop to find out what was wrong. I have now been in touch through their website's "return policy." Have emailed, have sent picture of invoice. Tried to enter a dispute and got a pop-up telling me "No dispute." What a scam. Is there no way to shut these people down? CHINA -- Wig looked nothing like the picture and the wig was of poor quality. I'm very disappointed in the product. I have attached pictures of product received, I'm asking for a complete refund. Please send me address to send product back. Contacted Wigsbuy 6/6 with problem. Last response from them was 6/9. They have not contacted us by phone or email or thru Paypal. We want to return wig and get a full refund. We will ever use this vendor again. If you need copies of pictures please let me know.

They offered a $25.00 settlement, Paypal has closed this complaint with the following statement: "We received the case(s) you filed on July 6, 2019. We have reviewed this transaction(s) and are denying your case(s). This decision was made because if an item is materially similar to the seller's description, we do not consider it to be significantly not as described. We're sorry for any problems you may have experienced with the transaction(s)."

ILLINOIS -- Ordered a wig-synthetic hair. When it came, it bore no resemblance to the photo on the website. I have contacted what I laughingly refer to as their customer service, for an address to return it. They have refused repeatedly to give me a US address, although I know they have one. First they offered me $10 off to keep the wig. Then they upped it to $40. I don't want the damn wig, and I want a a full refund.

Now they are telling me that it's a HUMAN HAIR wig, which it is not., and can't be returned. Complaints will be filed with the Better Business Bureau, and PayPal, whom I can't even believe has anything to do with this scam company. It shakes my faith in PayPal. All correspondence from Wigsbuy has been in very poor English. Do yourself a favor and never, ever buy from them. All the positive reviews that you might read, have been posted by Wigsbuy, and are bogus. I would give 0 stars, if I could.

UNKNOWN LOCATION -- Decided to purchase a wig for wife. Selected Wigsbuy through the net. Ordered one at cost of $234.00 CND. It caught my attention (should have been the red herring test!!) the fact that the site had NO PHONE number, NO LOCATION anywhere in the world, when I tried the 'chat' window, a computer message "Hi, I'm Vicky" came up, but FAILED to answer anything!!! After swallowing my doubts, I waited. One month after, all I have is a computer automatically generated screen with my Account Number, and it states I spent that money, was collected, and the product is being prepared (one hair at a time, I guess). Then, I read the reviews (wish I had done earlier, eh?). I do not need to see the herring... I smell it! All points out to China. It's their M.O. in business.

EATONVILLE, WASHINGTON -- Fake company, yes you will receive a product but it will not be what you ordered. I ordered a brown wig and received blond. It was supposed to be real hair and was fake. The company will not send you a return slip and on the slip they provide it does not have a phone number or an order number or any way to contact them. If you go to their site and click on return it will not respond and the phone number to call company is fake. After I received my purchase I checked reviews and it seems that everyone else was scammed as well. I'm not done with this company and will make sure I spread the word everywhere I can to warn others to beware!

WASHINGTON -- I ordered a wig on WigsBuy and immediately regretted it. For some reason I decided to look for reviews AFTER my purchase, and read about their shady refund policy, poor quality wigs, and late deliveries. So the very same day I contacted them to cancel the order. They waited about 10 days to respond to me at which point they had already taken my money, despite my cancelling before shipment.

They then asked me if I was sure I wanted to cancel, when I said yes, they said they could refund me 30% of the order price. This despite the fact that their order policy is to refund 100% if requested within 24 hours. This company is so shady I'm going to get a new debit card so they no longer have access to my bank information. Do yourself a favor and get your product elsewhere.

CHINA, CALIFORNIA -- Dang! I should have checked the reviews before I bought that ish. The merchandise was not representative of the advertised photo. I paid w/ my PayPal Credit account (should have used a bank VISA), hoping that by using this account, my purchase would be protected.

I sent the merchandise back within 7-days of receipt, as per their policy. I called/emailed, but no timely response. I mailed it back to the shipping address with a tracking number. I opened a dispute with PayPal to get the refund. PayPal's dispute process sucks! They kept asking for more info, but the "button" that allows for file upload didn't work; I couldn't upload the tracking receipt.

A call to customer service to explain the situation. Response: "Alright, ma'am I will forward info to the Dispute Team." Didn't happen. Wigsbuy is refunding $66 and PayPal denied my dispute. I'm opening another one for the remaining $65. Once this is settled, ** Wigsbuy and ** Paypal!!!

BEIJING -- I ordered a wig from Wigsbuy. After many weeks it finally arrived. I took it to my hairdresser, who has many years experience working with wigs, and even she could not get it to fit right. The lace cap was of poor quality and bunched up everywhere. The hair in the bag was so thin you could actually see the wig cap and my hair.

The shocker came when I tried to return it (yes I read their return policy before ordering). I was told they could give me a return address after I agreed to their supposed return policy of refunding me 60% of the cost of the wig. And they are taking back their $92 shipping policy. None of this was disclosed on their website and I still can find nowhere where this is disclosed. They say this is necessary because they can't resell the wig. Who can't resell a plain blond wig? LOL. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS RIPOFF COMPANY.

CHINA -- Ordered 3 wigs and spent over $200. Wigs were thin and poor quality. Contacted them before the time was up and they had me jump thru hoops requesting numerous pictures of wigs indoors and outdoors. Then said they couldn't open them. After 6 weeks on emailing back and forth they now wanted to negotiate the amount of the refund. I settled for 70%. Sent the 3 wigs back at my expense. Finally received an email that they received the wigs but of the 3 they are claiming now we had only discussed 2 of them. I have all of the emails and in every one we spoke of 3 wigs. So frustrated with this shady company! They lie and cheat to gain their income.
