The Electrolux stove has been nothing but problems, the top, the gas burners, and the igniter. We bought the stove a year ago and there are still problems, they have stalled and stalled replacing parts and now they say our warranty has run out so to bad! I also have an Electrolux microwave and it is junk. I don't understand how they can charge the prices they do.

HOUSTON, TEXAS -- I spent 12k buying an entire package (the top of the line) and three out of four has been breaking and getting repaired for three years now. I have to throw it all in the trash. Worst product on the market and everyone out there should stay clear. Bad product and even the company does not stand behind their crap after 12 months. 12k for 12 months--not a great value.

The purpose in posting this is to help Electrolux's next customer. Do not buy anything from Electrolux. The reliability of their appliances is terrible and Electrolux customer service is even worse. We bought an entire kitchen and spent over $10K. We have had service calls on everything and still have issues that Electrolux will not help solve.

I purchased a Electrolux counter top flat top range, wall oven, wall microwave/convection oven, and fridge, all five years ago. The flat top has had service 5 times, the oven once, the microwave twice and the fridge once and all of them falling apart. I paid A LOT of money for this kitchen remodel and I am so frustrated and disappointed. DO NOT waste your money buying "top of the line," you will be highly disappointed!! The worst purchases I have EVER made in my life.

BAYSIDE, NEW YORK -- I really need to know if there is a replacement ice maker for all these refrigerators that don't work? There has to be a replacement ice maker .

ALL CAPITALS BECAUSE I AM MAD!!! I am watching a commercial now that is making me vomit. Icemaker has not worked in 3 years. They knew it was bad and still sent it anyway. $3600 may not be much to nonexistent Chris but to me it is too much for a defective product. I will advise anyone not to buy Electrolux products.

PRESCOTT, ARIZONA -- Over the range Electrolux microwave appears to function normally but does not heat. For several months it had real bad noises and then just stopped working. I hardly used this unit in this house. DO NOT BUY ELECTROLUX products.

I have a kitchen that I remodeled during the summer of 2012 with four Wave Series Electrolux appliances. Without hesitation, I can say they are the WORST appliances I have had in a kitchen. I have contacted the corporate offices after contacting my local seller. I have been told these appliances are up to manufacturing standards. After repeated calls to customer service and repeated service calls for two out of the four appliances, I am contacting Consumer Fraud. I will never purchase another Electrolux product.

WENATCHEE, WASHINGTON -- My wife and I recently bought a complete Electrolux kitchen set for our newly remodeled kitchen. The reefer made noise as soon as it was plugged into the wall. The compressor motor was going out just out of the box. This issue was resolved by the dealer but is now back again two months later. The double wall oven had the control panel go out the first time we used the self clean option. Cooktop has now got a bad control panel. The dealer has tried replacing the parts but it happens again. Electrolux won't replace the defective lemons.

DENHAM SPRINGS, LOUISIANA -- I have Electrolux Front Load washer and dryer and can't wait to get rid of them because they are the worst I ever had, constantly breaking and service is worst ever. I would never recommend anyone to go through what I am going, horrible product.
