To Whom It May Concern,
My name is Daniel Frazier and in October 2005 I purchased a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer from Nebraska Furniture Mart in Kansas. These appliances are less than 2 years old and I have already experienced problems with all of them but the washer. I could not afford, nor think I would need, the extended warranties (especially within 2 years) and did not purchase them. Nor can I afford the prices that are charged to replace the parts and the rip off service calls.
I know of many people, including my parents, who have had the same appliances for 10-20 years and do not understand the apparent lack of concern you have for your customers.
Needless to say I am disgusted with your products and your retailers and will never purchase another Frigidaire product. Furthermore I will use whatever media at my disposal to advise the public of the inferior products that you produce. I am also contacting the Better Business Bureau and Attorneys General in both Missouri and Georgia. I am sick of being ripped off by major companies trying to get rich.
