WILLIAMSBURG, VIRGINIA -- Cracked the glass top on the range. Went to look for data plate to get model and serial number but could not find it. Even called in a technician and he could not find it. Cannot order parts and now have to look at replacing whole range. Trying to find address to write Frigidaire to request they pay for the new range nothing on their site.

B -- After 3.5 years of use this microwave now fails to operate, since the beginning the door has stuck and has been difficult to open. Seriously, are appliances really only good for this short of a period now? This company has questionable products. My fridge had to be replaced after 2 yrs of use cause it would not cool anymore and the techs tried to fix it 7 times, then finally gave up and brought us a new one.

WINDSOR,ON, MICHIGAN -- I bought the stove in the summer of 2008. Shortly after I was closing the door and inadvertently had my thumb on the corner. I didn't even think about sharp sheet metal. Anyway, I had to get 8 stitches in my thumb. To this day I still have no feeling around the stitch area. Is it normal on these type of stoves to have the sharp lip? All my older stoves did not have it. Thanks all.
