CHICAGO, ILLINOIS -- Purchased the five year maintenance prepaid plan for the appliances. Had lots of problems with dryer, now and having problems with the washer. Washer part was delivered to me on 12/16/10, and have yet to have a service representative to come to our home and repair it. I have received several calls concerning the repair, but they always have to go somewhere else. Will never purchase nothing else from Sears. Crooked ass company in my opinion.

LIVERPOOL, NEW YORK -- I have a Kenmore washer and dryer that is still working. It is over 40 years old I will buy again, but why replace something that still works. Thankyou for a great product.

I used to trust the Kenmore brand. Now I find the appliance line to be poorly made. I will not buy Kenmore again and I would recommend to others to avoid it. It makes me wonder a bit about the other Sears Store brands, Craftsman, etc.

THUNDER BAY ONTARIO -- For all of you that are having problems with odor coming from Kenmore Elite, try the tablets that they sell at Sears. They are made to eliminate any smells coming from your washer. They are excellent. Make it a habit to check behind the rubber door gasket for the odd thing that may find its way in there. Good Luck!

BRIDGEWATER, MASSACHUSETTS -- My 4-year old SEARS Kenmore refrigerator (top freezer/bottom refrigerator) door collapsed, broke from the hinges, came crashing to the floor knocking my 18-month-old son over and landing on his head. My son's life is priceless, and irreplaceable. This refrigerator; however, will be gone tomorrow. We will NEVER again buy a Kenmore product especially having read that there are so many faulty components to Kenmore's line of products. We are so fortunate to have avoided a potentially serious injury. I have registered this complaint with the Consumer Product Safety Commission at www.cpsc.gov.

MANCHESTER, NEW HAMPSHIRE -- We have had our front end loader for 2 years and in the last year water is not fully draining out after loads or water is back-filling after load is done. When I go to use the washer it is already full of water. There is a foul odor now coming from the washer and I'm afraid mold will set in. I know I basically just threw away $2500.00 but I just want answers. Why is water coming back after load is done and WHAT IS THAT SMELL?
