DALLAS, TEXAS -- From my first phone call to my Travelers agent, I was given full attention and maximum courtesy. At every step toward repair, I was kept fully informed about process and schedule. Each individual was cordial, clean cut, informative, supportive. While the work was in progress, each step was reported to me, so I could plan my time easily. The final product looked like a new car, even to the attractive pattern of vacuum cleaner marks on the floor mats. And the final cost to me was only 2/3 of the car dealer's bid on the repair. It has been a long time since I was so very pleased as I was with this whole experience, both Travelers and Caliber Collision.

CALIFORNIA -- Just had an insurance claim processed for damage to my BMW which was rear ended on the way home from Thanksgiving with my family on the 5 freeway. Travelers adjusters and everyone were great is taking care of my claim over the holiday weekend, making sure I had a rental car immediately and an adjuster out to help expedite the repair of my vehicle.

I was able to use my own mechanic's recommendation of a body shop to use, which was important to me as a single women, feeling like I was dealing with people I trusted. The claim was paid and settled without any drama, and they are pursuing reimbursement from the other party's insurance. Highly recommend Travelers Insurance.

Travelers Insurance Service Is Excellent

MARYLAND -- I have found Travelers Insurance Company to be very cost competitive. The one claim I have made so far, shortly after I signed on with the company, involved my eleven-year-old Oldsmobile Intrigue which was flooded out in a low lying area during a heavy, day-long rain. Their adjuster took a good hour to inspect the vehicle. I was there so when he finished he explained that he could tell the car had been cared for and would have been in excellent condition had it not been for the flood. He gave me a settlement price that I feel was extremely fair and probably more than I would have gotten for the car had I sold it privately or traded it in.

The phone representative whom I spoke to about the process of getting paid even said that they would give me an allowance for the tires if I could produce the tire receipt. He was as good as his word, and I received payment in about a week. All in all, I was extremely happy with their handling of my claim.

No one wants to use insurance. I am 69 and I have been driving 53 years and I have had insurance with a number of companies. I have had Travelers for the past 15 years, homeowners and auto. I have had several claims and I have always been impressed with their speed, their system and most of all their professional staff. They are always helpful, caring and well trained. I would not consider changing companies. I find that they seem to think about their customers and their customers' needs. They make everything customer friendly. The repair shops seem to like working with Travelers as well. My Son has had Travelers homeowners and auto for the 15 years as well.

Travelers Insurance Fraudulent and Unethical Conduct

TINLEY PARK, ILLINOIS -- A driver covered by Travelers Insurance drove into the back of my auto while I was stopped at a stop sign. The driver was distracted by their dog that jumped up on the front seat and plowed into my auto without stopping. I had a concussion and whiplash. My wrist was also broken. They hit me so hard that it broke the drivers seat back. Travelers said they would pay for all medical treatments but is now refusing to pay for doctors bills that are more than 60 days from the accident even though all treatments were referred by the original hospital.

I had the cast on my wrist for 8 weeks and am still having problems. Travelers Insurance is a fraudulent and unethical insurance Company. Their policy holder was totally at fault but they are not paying for treatment. I now have to sue the policyholder in order to get the bills paid. Even though the policy holder has insurance, they will have to defend against a lawsuit because they have a poor insurance company.

Raised Insurance Rates for Hitting Deer!

My husband and I dropped Travelers because they almost doubled our insurance rates because we each hit a deer this year. I thought deer were no fault! Obviously Travelers is just trying to recover the money that they paid out, so the customer loses again! Bye bye Travelers. I'm also taking my homeowners policy with me!

A Great All-Around Experience

LIVERPOOL, NEW YORK -- After decades with no accidents, I had two accidents in a single day! Damage to the front and the rear of the car. Traveler's Insurance was very helpful, courteous, and professional in their dealings with me. They got a rental and then a loaner from the body shop. They kept me informed at every turn along the way. And the repairs to the car made it look as good as new. I am totally satisfied with their handling of my case, and plan to keep them as my carrier for years to come.

FRANKLIN, NEW JERSEY -- My friend borrowed my vehicle for a job interview. She had an accident and totaled my car. Travelers took care of everything quickly and professionally. The prices are competitive for the coverage. I would recommend a price quote to anybody. You may be pleasantly surprised!
