HARRISBURG, PENNSYLVANIA -- I ran over something on the highway late at night. It took off the front bumper and did some damage underneath the car. The next morning, I went to look over the car and saw the damage. I called Travelers that morning. The insurance adjuster came out within 24 hours. I had a rental vehicle that day and throughout until I got my car back approximately 9 days later.
WARWICK -- I had a minor fender bender, where I hit a car as we were stopped in traffic for a red light but all moving slowly coming to a stop. I was attempting to make a right hand turn into a side street and the car in front of me was blocking the intersection. I thought I had enough room and didn't. I damaged her rear passenger side bumper and my front driver's side bumper. No injuries, both cars drivable.
CALIFORNIA -- I received my auto renewal from Travelers Lake Ins Agency Inc, 653 S B St, Ste 200, Tustin CA 92780. It had increased $499 for the annual fee. My auto is 5 years old, with 38,000 miles and I have no tickets or insurance claims. This seem extremely high and the agent could offer me no advice.
CLINTONDALE, NEW YORK -- I had an accident. Travelers picked me up, provided me with a rental (my old insurance said I had to pay first and then get reimbursed) at no charge even though repair took an extra couple days, picked the rental up from the repair shop and paid the repair shop during the time it took to fix my car.
I had house and car damage from Hurricane Sandy. From the moment I called Travelers Insurance, everyone has been helpful. I was given two different Claims Managers, each were great in giving me all of the information needed to get the repairs completed. I didn't have any problems at all, if anything I felt the comfort in knowing everything will be taken care of.
