AVON PARK, FLORIDA -- I backed into a parked car in a parking lot. My phone contact with Travelers was professional, organized and very helpful.

SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS -- We had roof damage due to hail storm. Travelers Insurance agents inspected the roof and approved the claim. The claim representative gave us the check on the same day so that we could start the roof repair process quickly. The claim was handled very professionally and on time.

DUNCAN, OKLAHOMA -- My auto was damaged in a hailstorm. The claims process was very smooth and timely. An adjustor was here the day after my claim, and the communication with Traveler's was excellent. The payment was received very quickly. I am impressed with this company.

CALIFORNIA -- The claims process was very respectful and efficient, my claim representative was caring and thorough. My claim was processed and completed in a timely manner. My representative even gave me a follow-up call once my claim was completed.

WASHINGTON -- Our refrigerator's water supply line sprung a leak causing water damage to our kitchen and office below. Travelers property technical specialist Matt Gjersee was easy and great to work with on getting resolution for our loss.

OHIO -- Tree hit my building and a storm. Roof was damaged, trusses damaged, water damage, and even HVAC damaged. That's one big tree. Travelers advocated me the whole way. They even found damage that I hadn't thought of. They paid every claim without fighting our contractor. I highly recommend them.

COLORADO -- I was involved in a home invasion. I called the next day, filed a claim with my Insurance and they got right to it and were very helpful in assisting me. It only took about two weeks to receive the insurance check from them. After the experience had just went through they were a breath of fresh air. I would recommend Travelers to anyone.
