CANYON COUNTRY, CALIFORNIA -- I had to do my floors through Travelers. They sent me a check for the repairs but when I asked them to give me the accommodation for a week because the house is not in livable condition the supervisor did not contact me for 3 days and after that they denied. I do not think I should recommend anybody to get this insurance because when they asked me to sign up, they gave me the most expensive deal and whenever the time came up to pay back these guys they ripped me off.

KNOXVILLE, TENNESSEE -- My dishwasher was leaking and caused my hardwood floor in the kitchen to buckle as well as further damage in a downstairs bathroom. I contacted my home owners with Travelers Insurance. Most professional prompt and caring.

CHANTILLY, VIRGINIA -- A large tree fell on my house during Hurricane Sandy and heavily damaged an addition. The room had to be torn off and completely rebuilt. Travelers Insurance Company was excellent, fair and through in handling my claim and assisting me to find good people to do the repair work. I had no surprises related to this claim.

WESTMINSTER, MARYLAND -- A tree on my property was struck by lightning. Within a week, Traveler's sent check to have tree cut down.

SACRAMENTO, CALIFORNIA -- My home was burglarized on May 21, 2013. I filed a claim with my insurance company, Travellers. The person who handled my claims is very friendly, professional, prompt and responsible, and I am very satisfied with her services. A bit comfort from an unfortunate event.

AURORA, COLORADO -- Travelers and their agent were very good to me. The agent Mr. Brad ** was very professional and very efficient and absolutely honest on everything. He never told me a lie.

ALAMOGORDO, NEW MEXICO -- I submitted a claim for hail damage to my roof. Travelers immediately contacted a claim adjuster who came and looked at my roof. He submitted a report and Travelers responded very quickly and issued me a check. I am very pleased with my claim experience with Travelers.

HENDERSON, NEVADA -- My computer bag with three computers was stolen while on a business trip in Geneva, Switzerland. The claim could not have been better handled and was paid within ten days.

BALTIMORE, MARYLAND -- We had a nasty leak that destroyed part of our ceiling in the dining area. Travelers Insurance company responded quickly and the check was in the mail immediately. Thank you Travelers for making my experience so easy!!!

MISSOULA, MONTANTA -- Prompt response from our initial phone call to report storm damage. Prompt visit from adjuster. Professional & polite employees. Prompt payment for repairs. Overall, it was a refreshing & pleasant experience that this could be taken cared of so quickly & without stress.
