FAIRPORT, NEW YORK -- We bought a Black Friday deal fridge online no problem, delivery date and everything. 2 days later they call saying our order didn't process, they are out of stock, must not have updated the web. We asked if we could get a comparable one for the same deal then, since it's their fault really. They offered us THE SAME OUT OF STOCK FRIDGE for $300 more! WHAT?! SO we cancelled! Now every time I call the 800# they tell me while reading from a script in a horrible accent I can't understand
