ST. CLOUD, FLORIDA -- The coffee was very weak and the donuts were just put in the bag with no wax paper. The chocolate glaze was on the napkins and not on the donut. Was very disappointed when I arrived to work and was unable to take it back to the location where it was purchased.

CHANDLER, ARIZONA -- Wow, Dunkin Donuts has gotten greedy. I go to DD instead of Starbucks because the coffee was good and reasonably priced. Last month, I purchased large iced coffees for $2.28 total, then the price went up to $2.39. Today I was charged $2.50 and the coffee was incredibly weak. I think there is maybe a tablespoon of coffee in it. With the high cost of gas and groceries and lower paychecks, that was enough to stop my caffeine habit. I have been purchasing two coffees per day and now will not be purchasing at all.

Recently took advantage of the sale purchase of 4 lbs of coffee for $19.99 thinking that it was the same as the Dunkin Donuts coffee I always purchase and enjoy. This batch of the original blend of Dunkin Donuts in a brown bag does not taste like the Dunkin Donuts coffee I have been buying. I have tried several ways to brew but the taste is just not there. Will not ever ever buy when you have a sale again.

Love love love DD. The best coffee I've ever had. Two thoughts to consider: one is can you put maybe some sliding Plexiglas doors in front of where all of your donuts, bagels, etc. are? Because when people come into the DD sometimes flies follow, and with the food exposed like that they can land on it, and that's pretty gross. So doors would keep the delicious treats fresh and protected. And second, can DD try to add a beef sausage patty to the menu of breakfast sandwiches for those of us who don't eat pork? Thank you.

The Dunkin Donuts in Farmington, Ct On Farmington Ave is disgusting!! I am never going back. I ordered a bacon egg white and cheese English muffin. The bacon was raw, the English muffin was not toasted well, but rock hard around the edges. Other times I've gone there I swear they give you reg or decaf whichever is made with whatever flavor they choose if you get one of there special flavors..

ROCHESTER, NEW HAMPSHIRE -- I can't believe the price increase for a large Ice Coffee. The price increased from $2.71 to $3.04! How can they justify this big increase. ** it... give us a break... In this economy everyone wants more money and yet one's paycheck isn't increasing. I am going to have to get a coffee maker and make my own. I can't afford to pay these prices. Kiss my ** in Rochester New Hampshire... especially when the national average for a large Ice Coffee is only $2.43...

CAIRO, NEW YORK -- Ordered beverage & noticed employee putting plastic bag in trash can. I asked if he washed his hands after, & he responded he didn't need to. I mentioned he should wash after handling trash can and got a comment from female employee saying that he didn't need to. I told him to wash before he prepared my drink, which he did out of my sight, but complained it was needless. I then cancelled my order and walked out. Sunday Aug 23rd, Cairo, NY 8:00 pm.

PENNSYLVANIA -- I am a true coffee addictive individual. I love fresh brewed coffee any time of the day in large quantities. I have tried every kind of coffee there is and Dunkin Donuts flavor is just smooth and delicious. I absolutely love it! I truly run on Dunkin!

NEW YORK -- Dunkin' Donuts is o.k. for coffee on the go, but they need to offer the option of coffee taste, i.e. a more robust flavor or less robust. Frankly, it's never been robust enough for me and most people I've talked to. Always having to pay that extra for the shot of cappuccino. Come on... It's all about the taste. Need bolder coffee, not bitter, but bolder.

NEW BEDFORD, MASSACHUSETTS -- When I order a cup of coffee, that's all I want! I didn't ask for crumbs or any sticky crap caked on the container!
