ROCKVILLE, MARYLAND -- The tech was supposed to be here between 8-12. I called at 1130 to get an estimate and was told he would be here at 1230. I called 4 times and was told someone would call me back and no one ever called me back. The tech is now 3 hours late and my entire day has been wasted thanks to Sears. I would not recommend this service to my worst enemy.
