CALIFORNIA -- Worst bank ever - terrible customer service and poor response to fraud.

LAS VEGAS, NEVADA -- I was a big fan of Chase. But their policy on getting a new card needs to change. They need to have it where you get a temporary card while your new one get sent to your address. It a pain in the ** when you're on vacation or have to pay for something and you don't have immediate access. Chase has lost a customer. I use to recommend them but they are inconsiderate of customers on vacation.

LEVELLAND, TEXAS -- I try to fix my account by going into the bank. She said she can't help me.She didn't even try to help. Worst servies ever.

Someone hacked my account and took more than $700 out. Chase lumped some old charges from the merchant into the $700 fraudulent charges and now won't honor my claim! I'm out more than $700 because of their POOR SECURITY!

ARIZONA -- I have paid 300 in fees to Chase bank... they are charging me 30.00 to withdraw... 300.00. I am being charged 9.35 for a non-ATM use fee whatever that is. I had a CD I told them not to roll over put back into my regular savings... Chase made the error. I am 4000 miles from home and out of money, Chase has done nothing to help.

ACWORTH, GEORGIA -- I got this bank for 12 consecutive years, lately start charge late payments when you past 2pm same date. When you call my call transfer to India where you have a hard time to understand what you say. Then I went to Cobb park away location, at the minute I mention I wanna chose my account the lady start treat me like a second class customer. After 12 years this people play with my money. I just say, "Sucks for you. Wells Fargo is 300% better." Bad for you Chase, I don't see you for long in the business.

BROOKLYN, NEW YORK -- Chase stole my money... I deposited funds into a Chase ATM and the machine malfunctioned. Upon filing a claim with their claims department, they denied my claim stating that they were not able to locate the funds... even with providing video footage from their ATM and CCTV from me depositing funds into the ATM they are finding me responsible for their machine malfunction and their teams incapability of locating my funds... I will never be banking with chase again and recommend that you do not as well.

STUART FL, FLORIDA -- I informed Chase bank that I'm closing my account. They put my paycheck to the fraud department to keep me from obtaining the fund. I deposited a check and it was over 4 days and it had not cleared. I went in to find out why and was told that it would be a few.

MICHIGAN -- I was told today with no warning and no notice that Chase closed my account. They would not give me a ran as to why either. I have been with them for over 7 years and out of the blue I'm no longer a customer of theirs. How does this bank do this people. They told me it would take 7 to 10 days to write a check for what's in my account. WARNING. If you're thinking about going to Chase don't.
