Outstanding Customer Service

Tech savvy I am not. Service ticket number **. Received service from customer associate that was far away the best that I ever had/bar none. Associate was courteous and very patient with my lack of knowledge and computer Lingo. The person that help me to be able to use this printer should be supervising others on outstanding customer service. This means I will continue to buy Hewlett-Packard products. Thank you !

Deceitful, Incompetent Support Service

I spent countless hours and at least 6 phone calls trying to get replacement printer or troubleshooting what is an obviously non-functioning printer. I was told a replacement printer was being sent only to call back a week later to be told that was not the case which means someone got on the phone (supposedly a supervisor) and lied. I do not do business with customer service that lies to their customers, sends out non-functioning equipment then refuses/lies about replacing it and will never do business with HP again.

Dishonest Customer Service

After reading all the customer complaints on this website, my experience suggests that HP actually instructs their support people to be deceitful, dishonest, and not well versed in product knowledge. The actual products are not well made and premature failures are to be expected and HP couldn't care less. Save yourself the agitation and buy someone else's product.

No goo 74580 printer

The $4580 was a problem from the day I brought it home. The hard-to-read dialog box shows error messages for no reason and the "Solutions Center" gets itself into never ending loops. It takes an extra 5 minutes for the PC to turn on just so the HP Solutions Center can go through its cycles of doing nothing but tie up my machine. I bet the engineer who signed off on the SW release doesn't even use one of these because they are too aggravating. signed -- no longer an HP customer.

Printer rip off

This product worked for about 3 years then started giving me error messages 9 out of 10 time I scanned, and 1 out of 5 times I printed or faxed. After resetting it many times, it usually worked but was so time-consuming and frustrating I stopped using it. It also wouldn't let me use ink that had expired. I know HP makes all its money on the ink, but this is a low marketing trick.

Should have never purchased

Less than a year ago me and my husband bought 2 printers and a fax machine. We own a car dealership and need to do a ton of printing and sending faxes. We have not had a good faxing day since we bought the machine. I am soooo frustrated and will NEVER purchase another Hewlett-Packard EVER again. It will not send faxes and only copies from the glass. Customer support is a joke. We are about to open another location and will purchase anything else but Hewlett-Packard machines.

This printer is the veritable device from hell it does not work

I cannot obtain any faxes on this all-in-one printer. Every now and then I am able to fax someone else. Sometimes the motherboard speaks like a enigma machine I get nothing close to what I typed; seems encrypted or possessed.

LAUDERHILL, FLORIDA -- I bought an HP laser all-in-one printer three years ago. The automatic document feeder (ADF) died just after the extended warranty expired. I then bought a replacement ADF, which died seven months after it was purchased. Today and yesterday, I spent over four hours with different HP reps, to no avail. They just gave me the runaround. Has HP been recently selling inferior products to increase their bottom line? Even though I currently own five HP products (for home and office), I will be buying my machines from another company from now on.
